I am not one of those people who collects watches. To me, a wristwatch is something which should be timeless; an heirloom quality piece I can hand down to my children. My Mother owns three watches she has been wearing for decades; and each one has a story behind it. This has influenced me over the years to view watches as special pieces which tell a story I can pass on to future generations.

When Shore Projects introduced me to their beautiful collections of watches, I was thrilled! I usually pass on new watch trends, and brands, because I want a classic watch with a story behind it to invest in for my collection. Shore Projects instantly caught my attention because the watches offer timeless appeal, with a vintage vibe; and a story. I am in love!

In addition to my love for the quality construction, and timeless appeal of every Shore Project watch, I love the fact that they are a product with a cause! Shore Projects has partnered with the Marine Conservation Society which works hard to increase protection levels for aquatic wildlife habitats; as well as to improve the conditions of our seas and coastlines. For every Shore Projects watch sold, £1 is donated to MCS in order to support them in their work to protect beaches and wildlife. How fabulous a story is that!

I absolutely adore my Shore Projects watch. These watches are not only classic, high quality timepieces, they can be customized to fit our individual tastes. Love that! There are several faces to choose from, and after you choose a watch-face, you can choose one or more straps to wear with the watch! This gives you an endless array of watch styles to choose from, and to love!

Since blue is my favorite color, I chose a light blue watch-face named the “Lulworth.” This beautiful watch-face can be paired with a fun, colorful strap, or a classic metal strap. I love metal straps so I chose a stainless steel strap. This summer, I want to switch things up and wear a strap in a light color. I just need to choose a color. There are so many amazing choices!

I am looking forward to pairing my Shore Projects watch with more winter into spring outfits, such as the one I am wearing in the photo above, as the weather transitions from cold to warm over the next couple of months. I am also looking forward to pairing it with summer outfits, followed by fall ensembles. This is a watch to wear forever. Love!

Larimar jewelry is absolutely beautiful. So, when I received this Larimar ring, I was dazzled by it’s beauty! The Larimar stone is a fabulous, light turquoise gem with small streaks of white in it. I love how, in this ring, it is set with a pearl in silver. I also love the bypass style of the ring.

When I was putting together an outfit around the ring, I knew I had to pair it with my light blue vintage wool skirt by Missoni. The blue in the ring, and the blue tweed in the skirt, played well together.

I love how well-made the Larimar ring is, and color is just spectacular. I am looking forward to wearing this ring often, and for many years to come! I have only had the ring for about one week, and I am already wearing it almost everyday! Love!

Larimar has so many jewelry options on their website. I am in love with their cuffs, and their earrings are stunning! I definitely want to add more Larimar jewelry to my collection.

The Larimar stone is found in the beautiful waters of the Caribbean, around the Dominican Republic. The Larimar stone is created by volcanic activity, and is considered a powerful throat chakra. It is believed to aid in the expression of emotions. Love that!

The perfect blue hue of the Larimar stone makes it ideal for wearing this spring season. It will look amazing paired with shades of blue, and this season’s rose and blush hues. I cannot wait to wear this ring often!

I love learning about new designers in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are such a culturally diverse, and politically complicated, section of the Earth; which I believe sparks incredible creativity when it comes to art, fashion, tech, and more! So when I learned about Dualitas jewelry, I was intrigued.

Dualitas is an amazing, emerging designer jewelry collection designed right here in the Bay Area, in Palo Alto. The jewelry has been designed for more than just fashion and art; it has been designed with each stone’s metaphysical properties, and their positive effects on the wearer, in mind. The result is amazing!

All of the pieces Dualitas has designed, are not only unique in design, many of them are designed so that the stones actually touche the wearer’s skin; thus allowing the positive metaphysical properties of the stone to transfer to the skin. Love that!

I was taken aback when I saw the beauty of each piece at Dualitas. The geometric designs are modern, and the choice of metals are fashion-forward. The stones are precious or semi-precious; and their natural  beauty shines through on each piece.

Many of the pieces offer cutting edge, modern styling, while some of the diamond pieces offer vintage, art deco styling which is breathtaking. My Dualitas wish list is a mile long!
