In person, the NSALE is crazy! I can’t shop like that, so I find online shopping is much more relaxing. Some of the sale inventory is pre-fall, while other items are late summer. Before you start shopping, know what you need in your closet. I recommend pre-fall over late summer since you can wear pre-fall well into the fall season.
The key is to not over-buy from this sale. The fall trends aren’t here yet, so this sale is great for buying basics and classic items which will work for several seasons. Remember the sale rule, if you wouldn’t pay full price, don’t buy it on sale.
My Nordstrom Anniversary Sale picks are very curated this year. Normally I find a large amount of fabulous merchandise to recommend, but this year, I am sticking to more timeless items which will blend into our wardrobes right now and well into the fall season. If you live in a climate such as California, these styles will work throughout winter too.
So, without further ado, here are my picks from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for 2026:
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here! I love this annual sale because you get a sneak peek into fall, and if you love something, you can buy before it returns to full price. Love that!
If you have a Nordstrom credit card, you already know the drill. Depending on your spending level, you can start shopping today, tomorrow, or Thursday. If you don’t have a card, the sale opens to the public on July 12. The sale ends on August 3, 2025, so if you like something, snap it up before it sells out or ends up back at regular price.
Every year, I recommend investing in basics from the sale. This is a great time to snap up underwear, workout clothing, jeans, and classic items. This year, Nordstrom has a great selection of boots, sweaters, and jewelry. So, I recommend investing in a few seasonal items from those categories too. I plan to get at least one of pair of boots, possibly two. I also want a short sleeve sweater as well as a long sleeve sweater. Jewelry is starting to make a comeback, so a little bling sounds good too!

This fall 2025 season, sweaters are getting chic! Look for Chanel inspired styles, classic v-necks, sweaters inspired by golf and tennis, neutral hues, interesting knits, short sleeves, shades of dark red and olive, and the return of the cardigan sweater. Love this! I can’t wait to invest in fall sweaters. They are my favorite way to stay cozy in the fall season! Love!

Beauty products never go on sale, except during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, also known as the NSALE. There are a few fabulous deals from the sale worth adding to cart. Also, if you are looking for a new hairdryer, I own this hairdryer and love it, and the price is right during the sale! Love!
I also noticed my favorite neck cream and eye pencils are on sale. This is amazing! I plan to stock up!
Best Boots and Shoes Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2025
The best part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the footwear! The shoes and boots are at great prices, and perfect for fall! Western style boots and motorcycle boots are trending as we head into the fall season. If you don’t already have them in your wardrobe, this is a great time to invest in at least one pair, if not more! All three boots featured above are in my cart! Love!
We are also seeing a continuation of Mary Janes, slingback shoes, kitten heels, and lots of suede for the fall 2025 season. The pointed toe is asserting dominance over other toe styles too. So, keep these styles in mind as you shop the sale. Here are my favorites from the footwear section of the sale!
Well, that’s it! I don’t go into the store because there are too many crazy people. The best way to shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale for fall 2025 is online. It is calm, relaxing, and you can see everything in your cart before checking out. Online shopping is easier, more peaceful, and definitely more efficient! Love it!

Stanford Shopping Center hosted a fabulous beauty brunch over the weekend for local bloggers such as myself. This beautiful event included a delicious catered meal from Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar near Bloomingdale’s. There was also chocolate from Laderach Chocolatier Suisse which was equally delicious. Yum!
The event was intimate with roughly seven shops from Stanford Shopping Center showcasing beauty products and two tables of local bloggers. It was so much fun to meet new local bloggers as well as speak to people in person who I normally only interact with on social media. I love a good party!!
In addition to yummy food and being social, we were able to check out some new and existing beauty products from our favorite shops at Stanford Shopping Center. I fell in love with the Guerlain perfume from Neiman Marcus. I’m trying to decide if I would like to purchase the “Patchouli Paris” or the “Feve Gourmande” as my fall season fragrance. They are both so pretty!
You know me, I love Chanel beauty! Bloomingdale’s showcased their Chanel N 1 collection which includes a must-have mist. I definitely feel like I need to add this line to my beauty routine. Love!
If you have been following along, you know I also love Estee Lauder products. My travel beauty bag is filled with skin care from Estee Lauder because their products are perfect for reviving my skin when I travel. They have new night cream we can use in conjunction with their Advanced Night Repair line. I am obsessed!
Sephora at Stanford Shopping Center showcased skin care from Drunk Elephant which is vegan and improves skin’s firmness. I definitely want to test out their products.
Nordstrom showcased products from Bobbie Brown and I discovered they have an amazing vitamin enriched face base primer which is perfect for my GenX skin. I am definitely adding this to my morning skin care routine. Love it!
Lastly, Dry Bar was also showcasing their services. They are the perfect one-stop-shop for a blowout when you have a special occasions, big event, or just want fabulous hair for the day. Love that!
