July is always an interesting month. The weather hovers in the 80’s and 90’s while stores begin to stock fall merchandise designed to keep you warm when temperatures fall below 50 degrees. As my eyes grow accustomed to a fall color palette due to my line of work, I start looking for warm weather clothing in colors which blend well with fall. This dress caught my eye at Target.
