Mother’s Day is coming up faster than fashion trends go out of style. This means the time is NOW to find that perfect gift for Mom! Thankfully, Westgate Shopping Center in San Jose, on the corner of Saratoga Avenue and West Campbell Avenue, has exactly what Mom needs this Mother’s Day. Love that!

Westgate Shopping Center has a large selection of fabulous stores which happen to already be Mom’s favorite places to shop! Westgate is home to Nordstrom Rack, Burlington Coat Factory, The Gap Outlet, J. Crew Factory Store, Famous Footwear, Payless Shoe Source, Target, Michael’s, Ross, Luxury Perfumes, and more! In addition to great shopping, Westgate recently opened a Veggie Grill, and is also home to yummy eateries including Sushi Boat, Smashburger, and Starbucks.

There are so many great gift options for Mom at Westgate, so I picked out a few fabulous gift ideas from four of Westgate’s retailers to get you started.

J.Crew Factory

J. Crew Factory Store is a fabulous one-stop-shop for Mom this Mother’s Day. The store is filled with the perfect outfits for summer; plus it has a large selection of statement necklaces, scarves, handbags, and shoes. We know Mom LOVES shoes! If there are too many choices, Mom will love a gift card from J. Crew Factory Store. As a Mom, I have my eye on several pieces from J. Crew Factory. My picks are shown above.

Famous Footwear

Does Mom love shoes? Of course she does!!! This means Famous Footwear is the place to find her the ideal Mother’s Day gift. Famous Footwear is well-stocked with fabulous sandals for summer, and athletic shoes for her fitness routine. The store is filled with famous brands at rock-bottom prices. That’s win/win for you and Mom! My favorite shoes from in-store are pictured above. The blue sandals are calling my name; perhaps they are calling your Mom’s name too!

Paradise Collections

Paradise Collections is a fabulous jewelry kiosk located in the middle of Westgate Shopping Center to the left of Ross. The kiosk is filled with beautiful necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings; and the prices are amazing! Mom will be thrilled to receive a fabulous piece of jewelry from Paradise Collections. I am in love with the seahorse. Isn’t it fabulous?!

Luxury Perfumes

Luxury Perfumes is an amazing fragrance shop located near Nordstrom Rack at Westgate Shopping Center. This sweet-smelling shop features a large selection of fragrances which are sure to delight Mom this Mother’s Day. The store features a large selection of gift sets which make shopping for a gift easy. There is also a section dedicated to older fragrances which are extremely difficult to find in department stores, online, and elsewhere. They have Georgio in stock! That was extremely popular in the 1980’s. Mom will be thrilled if you gave her a fragrance she cannot find on store shelves anymore!

In addition to fragrances for Mom, Luxury Perfumes has a large selection of fragrances for men and children. Love that!

One of my favorite spring 2015 collections from New York Fashion Week was Zimmermann. (or, fall/winter since the seasons are reversed down under! Zimmermann is Australian in case you are unfamiliar with them.) I loved everything on the runway, so when their spring collection debuted, I had to have at least one piece! Since my favorite color is blue, I gravitated towards everything blue in the collection. I was surprised to see all the blue since the blue pieces were not shown on the runway in New York.

I instantly fell in love with this skirt and knew it would be perfect for both the spring and summer seasons. This skirt can easily be worn with high heels for a dressy look, or flat sandals for a summery, hot weather, casual look. It could also double as a swimsuit cover-up! Love that!

Mother’s Day 2015 is fast approaching, this means it is time to not only buy the ideal gift for Mom, but plan the entire day! Why not spend Mother Day 2015 at Santana Row! You can start the day off with a fabulous Mother’s Day brunch. I highly recommend LB Steak, Left Bank, and Village California Bistro. They have amazing brunch menus for Mother’s Day and the food is always fabulous.

After brunch, why not take a stroll around Santana Row for some shopping, and then enjoy dessert at Cocola. They have an amazing array of sweet treats as well as coffee, tea, and yummy hot cocoa. All of that eating, shopping, and walking can be tiring. This means it is time to treat Mom to something special and relaxing! Why not book a relaxing spa day at Burke Williams!

No Mother’s Day is complete without a fabulous dinner after a relaxing day at the spa. Why not treat Mom to a beautiful dinner at Sino, Straits, or Blowfish Sushi! These three restaurants are personal favorite’s of mine. They offer chic decor, and delicious cuisine. Love that!
