Cross Body bags for summer 2013

Summer is fast approaching and this means Fashionistas everywhere will be on the go for the warm weather season. When you are on the go, the last thing you want to fiddle with is a clunky handbag! This means the best option for hitting amusement parks, county fairs, local zoos and more is the cross body handbag.

Cross body handbags come is many shapes and sizes according to what you need. If you need to carry a water bottle, snacks for the kids and more, then a large cross body bag is the way to go. If all you need is cash, credit cards, keys and your mobile device, then you can get away with a small and petite cross body bag.
If you are planning a vacation and need the ease of a cross body bag for daytime yet the sophistication of a clutch for evening, then a convertible cross body is the best option.

The cross body bag has gained in popularity over the past few seasons and is showing no sign of slowing down. This versatile handbag style can be spotted every season on both the runways and the street. Look for a fun color to add pop to a neutral outfit or sass to an already color filled ensemble. For more practical use, opt for a neutral color such as black, brown or cream. (Hint) A neutral cross body bag will be easy to use for traveling and offers cross-season appeal.

The Wilma collection by Twisted Silver adds flair to spring 2013

The Mod trend is hot this spring and summer. No question about it. This trend is taking off and variations of the Mod trend can be seen through color blocking, prints and patterns. One of the amazing facts about the Mod trend is that it is fun and lighthearted; making it a delightful look to put together.

Since the Mod trend includes bright colors and bold patterns as well as geometry, the accessories used to complete the look need to be equally kitschy. Twisted Silver has solved the accessories question through their new “Wilma” collection which not only works perfectly with the Mod trend, color blocking, patterns and prints. The bracelet, which features large, round spheres is an extra-large version of Twisted Silver’s older “Wilma” bracelet worn by celebrities and Fashionistas alike. Love that!

This lightweight collection looks amazing for daytime events as well as evening occasions. The necklace can easily be worn once or twice around the neck in order to compliment your mood or neckline. Love that! The earrings also look amazing worn alone with a turtleneck; especially if you are visiting the snow.

Of course, the “Wilma” collection can also be worn casually; adding a bit of flair to any weekend ensemble. Love that!

The “Wilma” collection is available online at Twisted-Silver.com and is priced at $50-$100. Use coupon code INSIDERS for a 15% discount. Happy shopping, and stay fabulous

Warm fall day with Twisted Silver’s new Compass necklace

Autumn is upon us and one of the fabulous things about the mild fall weather is that we can wear layers, sweaters and longer silhouettes than we generally wear in the warm summer months. With longer apparel comes the need for long jewelry in order to balance out our silhouettes.

Twisted Silver has designed a new necklace for the fall season called the “Compass” necklace. This simple, elegant and timeless necklace is perfect for the fall season. The “Compass” necklace offers a long brass chain with a compass-like design surrounding a dark blue crystal. The necklace itself takes its inspiration from an adventurous voyage and the shade of blue happens to fit perfectly in the fall/winter 2012 blue trend. Love that!

The “Compass” necklace from Twisted Silver is a wardrobe basic which can be worn with both casual and dressy attire. The necklace can go from a lazy Sunday in jeans to being paired with a blazer at the office. Love this!

Twisted Silver’s “Compass” necklace is priced at $50 and debuts online today. The “Compass” necklace can be found at Twisted-Silver.com. Use coupon code INSIDERS for a 15% discount. Happy shopping and stay fabulous
