Chanel has given us a warm, new fruity floral fragrance just in time for the fall season, and I love it! Normally, I shy away from scents which contain jasmine, but this time, Chanel has done a good job of masking the jasmine and letting other fragrance notes have their moment. Love that!

Here are the fragrance notes from Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu edp:

  • Top Notes: lychee, grapefruit
  • Middle Notes: rose, jasmine
  • Base Notes: amber, patchouli, vanilla, vetiver

Ah, vetiver! This is one of those notes which always signal to me that I will love the scent. Back in the 1990s, I was a huge Gio de Giorgio Armani fan, and it had a beautiful vetiver scent. Oh how I miss that fragrance! But, I digress. . . Chanel has given us a fabulous, modern scent with a slight vetiver base and it is downright fabulous.

Chanel hit a homerun with this new eau de parfum. The florals are warm, the woody base is smooth, and the fruit adds a little somethin’ somethin’ which makes the overall combo warm, slightly sweet, and cozy. When I say cozy, I mean Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu edp will be perfect for fall and winter. I love a warm fragrance experience on foggy days and in cooler temperatures.

I wish you could smell this through the computer screen. I know you would love it! The warm floral scent is dominant with a smooth, woody base balancing out the florals. The fruity portion is very slight, and it too balances out the florals. It’s chemistry perfection. This is an eau de parfum I plan to wear very often. I am in love!

I am in love with YSL Libre Floral & Flames edp for the spring and summer seasons! Possibly beyond! Although categorized as a fresh floral, this acts as a spicy floral when on the skin. I am in love!

YSL Libre Floral & Flames edp combines fragrance notes of palm-tree flower accord, lily flower accord, vanilla, and orange blossom accord. This creates a warm, spicy floral experience perfect for warm weather; and also moderate temps. Love!

Since this is an eau de parfum formula, YSL Libre Floral & Flames lasts about ten hours on my skin. The spicy scent ends sooner, around six hours, and then you are left with a beautiful warm floral fragrance for the remaining, roughly four hours.

There are a few sizes of the YSL Libre Floral & Flames edp fragrance available, including a travel size you can take on airplanes. Love that! I purchased the one-ounce bottle, which is pictured above.

This is the perfect time for a new floral fragrance as we move towards the spring season! Dior Addict Rosy Glow edp is a new fragrance from Dior; just in time for spring! Love!

Rosy Glow from the Dior Addict collection combines fragrance notes of Damascus Rose, Lychee and caramel. It’s a sweet floral which borders on gourmand. I love how the fragrance is long lasting. One spray will last the full day. Love that!

Dior introduced three new fragrances in the Dior Addict edp collection. Rosy Glow is a sweet floral; Purple Glow is a fruity floral and Peachy Glow is also a fruity floral. Of the three, I prefer Rose, so I chose Rosy Glow for the spring season.

The 1-ounce bottle is priced under $100, it can also make a fabulous Valentine’s Day gift!
