Tree to Tub Cocoa & Shea body butter review

pictured: Tree to Tub Cocoa & Shea body butter / nail polish /

I am always trying new body creams, so when I saw this body butter from Tree to Tub with a “citrus splash” scent I needed to try it! I also love creams which contain shea butter, so it was a must-try!

Beauty products which have thoughtful ingredients are important to me as I try to avoid toxic products. Tree to Tub is free from banned ingredients in the EU and uses botanicals and safe extracts to create a moisturizing body butter which actually works. Love that!

As a body butter, it works great! My skin stays soft and moisturized for the whole day after application. When it comes to the scent, the citrus scent is extremely light, so it’s hard to find. What I can smell is the shea butter. There isn’t anything wrong with that, but if you are looking for an actual citrus fragrance, this doesn’t have it. It smells like shea butter, which is a scent I like.

I really enjoy this body butter, so I would definitely buy it again. Since it is light, it does not complete with other perfumes and creams. I can wear it without worrying about competing fragrances once I spray my perfume. Love that!

Thanks for stopping by!

Necessaire body cream review

pictured: Necessaire body cream / nail polish /

I have finally found the perfect unscented body cream! Love!

It always seems like body cream scents and perfumes clash. I am not a fan of perfumed body cream because it never quite captures the scent of the perfume in the bottle. I know perfumers try to match the scents, but they always seem off.

Then, to frustrate me more, many so-called unscented body creams still have a scent, which is usually downright weird. So, when I tried Necessaire’s body cream, I was thrilled! There is no scent other than an extremely faint creamy scent you have to put your nose in it to detect. Love this!

In addition to being truly unscented, Necessaire body cream is moisturizing, smooth, and luxurious to use. Love it!

I have found my new favorite body cream! Now, I can spray any perfume I want, and the scents won’t clash. I get the true fragrance from the bottle I am spraying Love that!

So, if you are on the hunt for the perfect unscented body cream, look no further. I found it for you! You can find Necessaire body cream online here. Love it!

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you love it too!

Winter skin care must haves 2025

Winter skin care must haves: Nutrius body butter / L’Occitane hand cream / Sol de Janeiro body butter / Nutrius body butter / L’Occitane serum-en-creme / L’Occitane hand cream /

There is something very dry about winter; despite the rain, fog and snow! The heaters inside buildings and the wind outside all contribute to creating a dry environment. This means ensuring we use products which not only moisturize but create a barrier on our skin in order to protect us from the drying elements.

I alternate between several body creams/body butters. This is due to the fact that they have difference fragrances, so I wear the one with the fragrance which suits my mood that day! haha I love both Sol de Janeiro and Nutrius body butters. They are both fragrant and moisturizing. When I use them, I can tell there is a barrier on my skin which protects it from getting dry during the winter season. Love that!

In addition to the drying elements, constant hand washing can really take a toll on our hands. I love both of these hand creams by L’Occitane because they too protect and repair my dry skin during the winter season. Love!

So, if you are looking for something fragrant and protective, I got you covered!

Thanks for stopping by!
