As you know, I am a huge fan of Brahmin handbags. So, when Brahmin announced their new fall 2018 collection, I instantly fell in love with the new mini version of their beloved Priscilla satchel.

Despite it’s small stature, the Brahmin Mini Priscilla is quite roomy. As you can see in the photos above, the Brahmin Mini Priscilla easily fits my wallet, sunglasses, phone, lipstick and key with plenty of room left inside the bag. The interior of the bag offers a slip pocket and lipstick pocket, along with a zipper pocket. These are great for placing your phone inside the bag, or keeping smaller items neat and tidy.

The exterior of the mini version of the Brahmin Priscilla offers a hidden pocket on the back of the bag which is great for keeping a phone handy, theater tickets, or anything you want to reach quickly. The shoulder strap is detachable and easily clips onto the front and back of the bag. The strap is also adjustable so it can be worn over the shoulder or cross body. Love that!

I love detaching the shoulder strap and wearing the bag as a small satchel when I am more dressed up. It’s very chic and offers a semi-formal look. When the shoulder strap is attached, I feel like the bag is perfect as a daily bag, or as a casual purse. I love the versatility!

The croc stamping offers a high gloss which is very modern and chic. I love the elegant look of the bag; and all the compliments I receive when I wear it! This is a great workhorse bag if you don’t need to carry files or a laptop. It works perfectly for day-to-day life and can easily transition into the evening. Love!

The lady bag is back; and so is the saddle bag. The top flap satchel, otherwise known as the Lady Bag, is the hottest silhouette in structured bags this fall 2018 season. When it comes to a more casual look, look for the top flap shoulder bag aka the saddle bag.

There are plenty of fall 2018 handbag trends to look forward to this season. While we have logo bags still going in full force, belt bags taking the place of the cross body bag, black bags being the color of the season, and western inspired designs on bags; the classic lady bag and saddle bag are most likely in your closet. This makes them classic enough to invest in while, not worrying about longevity over the years.

Lady bags and saddle bags are classic; this makes them sound investments when it comes to handbag purchases this fall season. A lady bag can be used season after season for dressier occasions and for the office. A saddle bag is a classic, casual stand-by which is always in style.

If you can only buy one bag this fall 2018 season, look for a flap bag. If you plan to use your bag for work, or prefer a structured bag, then the Lady Bag is your bag of the season. Handbags for fall are back in black, and while I am playing with cliche’s, black is the new black. hahaa

You might be looking at this and thinking, black is always in fashion! Well, technically it, but for the fall 2018 season, black is the ultimate IT color for your bag. So if you love to invest in classic handbags, this is your season!

Black handbags are fabulous in a variety of styles for the fall 2018 season, but the ultimate fall 2018 handbag trends include fanny packs (aka belt bags), hobo bags (I know-stop trying to make them happen-they aren’t going to happen~but this season they might!), small or mini satchels, saddle bags. and geometric shapes. As long as you find the fall silhouette you love, just grab it in black! It’s as easy as that!

If you like structured or slouchy, this is your season. The slouchy totes and hobos bags are great for relaxed looks, while the structured geometric shapes, mini satchels, and saddle bags will offer the stiffness you desire for work or more formal dressing.

Black is a fabulous color to be in for the fall 2018 season. If you already own a black bag in one of the fall 2018 handbag trends, then you are all set for the season! If not, you can invest in a new bag without worrying too much about the color having a one-season shelf life. A black bag can be worn all year long, and year after year! Love that!

Any type of fabrication is hot for the fall season. You can wear vegan fabrics, smooth leather, soft and slouchy leather, suede, stamped exotics, tweed, or fabric. As long as the silhouette is right, and the color is black, you are ready for the fall season!
