Every summer season, I have a casual, go-to outfit. My weekend casual summer outfit for this year is definitely the one pictured in this post! The pants are comfortable and cool, the top is soft, and more interesting than your average tee, and these shoes! We have to talk about these shoes!

Espadrilles are fabulous in the summer months. They are comfortable, and make walking on the beach a breeze. I cannot go through a summer season without a fabulous pair of espadrilles, or two, or maybe three! Ha!

These Tory Burch espadrilles offer a small wedge, so they are comfortable. I love small wedges or heels because they offer just the right amount of arch support. I have worn this pair several times already and they are so comfortable for walking, and wearing throughout the day. They have become my go-to pair of shoes on casual days. Love them!

This top has quickly become one of my favorite casual shirts. I love how it looks with these cropped twill pants, as well as jeans, cut-off shorts, twill short, and denim skirts. It is a really versatile, casual top for the spring and summer months. It will easily be a part of any weekend casual summer outfit no matter which bottom I choose. Love that!

The bracelet I am wearing is from Kendra Scott’s summer 2016 collection. I love this bracelet because it is convertible! The tassel is removable, so the bracelet can be worn as-is with the tassel, or as a chunky chain bracelet without the tassel. I prefer wearing the tassel, I love how fun it is! If you are local to the San Francisco Bay Area, you have heard of Vardy’s Jewelers. They are located in Cupertino at 10227 South De Anza Blvd. If you have not heard of them, then this is a special day!

In addition to original works, Vardy’s Jewelers is filled with beautiful jewelry by designers; as well as Hearts on Fire! If you have not seen a Hearts on Fire diamond in person, then you have never seen a diamond! Let’s get this straight; nothing sparkles with fire more than a Hearts on Fire diamond. I am dreaming of one!

Last Thursday, Vardy’s Jewelers celebrated 35 years of business with an intimate party. This family owned shop has been well-loved in Silicon Valley for over three decades; and is the ultimate go-to store for fine jewelry. Everyone knows Vardy! He is the one who can redesign your jewels, create a new, special piece, or find something ready-made for any special occasion; or just to celebrate life!

Since Mother’s Day is a few days away, I thought showcasing my favorite pieces from Vardy’s Jewelers is must! Pictured in this post are the pieces that would make a perfect gift for Mom this upcoming Mother’s Day. They would also make fabulous graduation gifts too.

I am in love with the vintage necklace pictured below. Ah-hem, are my kids reading this? Better yet, my husband, who does the paying, needs to look at this picture! I know my kids really want to give it to me for Mother’s Day. Hint hint, nudge, nudge. 😉

Military green, and military neutrals, are spring classics. Every season designers find new ways to tempt us with military green ensembles, and coordinating neutrals. For spring 2016, I decided to mix military green, and military neutrals together in order to create a basic, yet fresh look for meetings, church, luncheons, and more!

I absolutely love this military green shirt-dress for the spring season. It is soft, and flowing; taking it beyond the usual casual, daytime dress. I just love it! I paired my military green shirt-dress for spring with my favorite putty satchel, and military green booties for a mixed military neutrals look.

This has been a great outfit for daytime casual events, and casual, early dinners. It is comfortable yet respectable. Love that!
