Welcome to 2026 and all the new, and continuing, handbag trends! Well, as we move into 2026, there are a few slight tweaks to what’s trending in handbags, but all-in-all, investment bags and the anonymous handbag continue to reign supreme.

The overall handbag in 2026 is anonymous. Logos are out and high quality, timeless style is in. Handbags should have high quality fabrications, clean looks, and no loud logos.

There are several handbag trends continuing from last year into 2026. We are continuing to see east/west bags, belted totes, drawstring bucket bags, hobo bags, timeless shoulder bags, and classic chain strap shoulder bags.

One of the new and emerging trends includes going back 15-20 years to the IT bag era. The Balenciaga City Tote is exploding. If you already own one, pull it out from the back of your closet and rock it now. If you don’t own one, but love the soft, slouchy, moto look, snap one up for your investment collection. In addition, we will see other former IT bags make a resurgence. So, if you own an IT bag from that era, pull it out and wear it. Think lots of pockets, mirror finishes (silver and gold), Fendi bags, and the Chloe Marcie.

What’s new for 2026? In addition to retro IT bags, look for bags in shades of white, pops of color, soft and slouchy drawstring bags, more exaggerated east/west styles, chain details apart from a functional strap, and larger sizes.

Thankfully there isn’t one IT bag, must-have. Those days are over, for now. Handbags under $1000 convey just as much an IT vibe as bags over $3000. So, rock those anonymous handbags and continue to invest in timeless styles you can wear forever. Love that!

The spring 2026 Chanel nail polish collection is here, and it’s fabulous. Love! The collection has a “Rouge Noir” theme and is named the “Rouge Noir Collection.” The packaging has rouge noir on the side of the boxes and there is a deep, vampy red hue on the packaging of the various makeup pieces. At the bottom of this post, you can see the rouge noir logo on the three nail polish hues from the collection.

For the spring season, Chanel has given us an edgy grey, a bold and bright pink, and also a classic, vampy red. You might remember the original Chanel Rouge Noir nail polish from the fall 2017 collection. This is the same color in updated packaging. There is something for everyone in this nail polish collection for spring 2026.

If you like timeless yet vampy nails, Chanel Rouge Noir nail polish is the hue for you. For the office, the edgy yet Chanel Moderniste will do. When it comes to “notice-me” nails, Chanel Performer nail polish will steal the show.

Spring is here! At least on our nails.

Dior has given us two fresh and pretty nail polish colors for the spring 2026 season, and I love it! There is a vibrant mint hue named “Minty” which offers understated sparkles and dimension. Dior has also given us a fabulous sheer and sparkling pink named “Fizzy” which adds dimension and fun for the warm weather season; and it also doubles as a top coat. Love them both!

As we move into the spring season, we are seeing subtle pops of color added to our timeless, neutral outfits. Spring nail polish is an easy way to automatically add a pop of color to our everyday looks. I know I will wear Minty throughout the season! In fact, I am wearing it as I type this post.

So, without further ado, here are the two beautiful new nail polish colors from Dior for spring 2026!

Dior nail polish spring 2026 | Dior Fizzy

I’m not sure why Fizzy is classified as nail polish, it does seem to be more of a top coat. Of course, there is a trend to wear clear nail polish with sparkles, so this does fit right into that trend. If you like sheer polishes, this will be perfect! If you prefer solid colors and enjoy adding dimension to your manicure, then Dior Fizzy nail polish will make a fabulous top coat. I plan to use it as a top coat.

What do you think? Do you have a favorite? While I love both nail polish colors for the spring 2026 season, Dior Minty is my favorite and I plan to wear it often.

If you would like to choose one for the office, Dior Fizzy nail polish will work better in a professional environment. Minty is more of a fun and carefree nail polish color, or one for a more creative work environment.
