I love a good maxi skirt, and this summer they’re back! Maxi skirts are a hot trend this year, and I love the comfort and freedom of a good maxi skirt. Printed or solid, maxi skirts are fabulous in any style this year. Love that!

This maxi skirt is under $100 and I love the warm hued print. It also has a mixed print and tassels. Super fun! Maxi skirts for summer are easy to dress up or down by switching tops and shoes. This maxi skirt will look cute this summer with sandals and a tee for casual, warm days. Love!

I love the warmer hues and neutrals we are seeing for the summer season! The new summer nail polish colors are here from Chanel, stay tuned for my review coming up on the blog next week!

The new fragrance from Chanel is also a hit. It’s a beautiful fruity floral. If you haven’t tried it yet, be sure to check it out! I find myself wearing it everyday. Love!

Relaxing in Rancho Mirage take two

OK, on the last day in Rancho Mirage I was exhausted. I know it looks like I didn’t do very much, but I was driving the girls around a lot and staying up late since the festival ended after midnight every night. I was tired, so by the last day, I slept in and relaxed around the Westin. Which is fine, because this hotel had a lot of activities and places to relax. Loved it!

Of course, I never did master the iPhone self-timer. Again, my outfit photos are horrible both with color and clarity. Sigh. . .

I did a lot of walking, relaxing, watching golf, and at the end of the evening, I watched the sunset. Desert sunsets are always beautiful. Love!

So, if you are headed to the Coachella Valley, I highly recommend the Westin Rancho Mirage. It is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. I will definitely go back, with more energy! haha
