One of the big trends for the fall 2016 season, is the fall florals trend. Dark hued florals, and bold floral patterns, are huge this autumn season. So when I spotted this fall dress donning a fabulous fall floral pattern, I knew I needed it in my life!

I am always on the hunt for a fabulous, versatile dress. This kimono style dress from Karina Dresses is perfect for the fall season. Not only does it reflect the current fall trends from the runways, it is incredibly comfortable. Love that!

This dress can easily be worn casually, as I have styled it, or paired with pumps for a dressier look. It will also look amazing when the weather gets cooler with knee boots. For a more bohemian look, this Karina dress can be paired with flats, a fringe handbag, and layered necklaces. Love!

If you are looking for a versatile dress this fall, which can easily be worn casually or dressy, then check out Karina dresses! You can find their entire collection online here. Happy shopping, and stay fabulous 😉

One of the big trends for the fall 2016 season is berry hues. Although this color trend pops up almost every autumn, it is a beautiful color palette to incorporate into one’s fall wardrobe; making it a great trend to follow this season no mater how predictable!

Since the weather here in the San Francisco Bay Area does not cool off until the end of October, it can be difficult to incorporate fall pieces into our wardrobes. That is why I love finding lightweight tee’s I can pair with jeans, or midi skirts, which reflect the fall trends, yet are weather-appropriate.

I love this cold shoulder tee from SheIn. Not only is it nicely priced way under $50, it is lightweight, washable, and totally on trend for fall. The cold shoulder trend is continuing into the new season, and the burgundy hue fits perfectly into the berry color trend. I also love the long length of the tee since it adds a little bit more style to jeans than a regular tee-shirt.

The deep v-neck on this top also adds a little bit of sass to the tee which enables it to be dressed up for evenings and parties. I wear a tank top underneath for the daytime, but if you leave out the tank, and pair this top with jeans and heels, or a black pencil skirt and heels, then you have a season, and weather appropriate party outfit. Love it!

I also need to give a shout-out to these booties. They are super comfortable and fit into fall’s metallic trend. I know I will be wearing them often this autumn season!

Over the weekend I drove up to San Francisco with my friend Dawn Lucy of Fashion Should Be Fun. We headed up to the city for a rewardStyle class on entertaining. The class was really fun because we were not only there to socialize, we were entertained too!

The event took place at The Cheese School in the Mission district. Who knew there was a school for cheese?!?! We were taught all about pairing wine with cheese, which is very handy when choosing the menu for an event held in your home. Loved it!

In addition to wine and cheese pairings, we learned all about flower arranging. Normally when I entertain, I purchase flowers from the supermarket, put some water in the vase, add the packet, and then plop the flowers into the vase. Now that I have learned how to arrange them, I am going to be more careful, and mindful, of how I create my centerpieces. Love!

Part of the event was social. We were treated with delicious appetizers, bean salad, and beautiful decor. In addition to the atmosphere, the event was filled with local bloggers who were fun to meet, talk to, and befriend! I met so many fabulous, nice people that night! I love connecting with like-minded, local bloggers.

Before the event, Dawn and I spotted this mural a couple of blocks from The Cheese School and thought it would be fun to snap pictures of our outfits in front of it. We loved the composition of the mural. Isn’t it cool! I love the mix of showing artists painting our beautiful city, and children studying. It displays the intellectual yet artistic side of San Francisco which makes our city so fabulous.

The Mission is filled with murals, do you have a favorite one? If so, please share in the comments below!
