Black and white checkers for spring

Wearing: pink ball earrings / YSL lipstick / black and white checkered blouse c/o SheIn (Under $20!!!) / Chanel spring nail polish / Gold watch c/o Welly Merck (use code BAF20 to save 20% off) / Cult Gaia Ark bag / gold bracelet cuff / boyfriend jeans (similar online here) / espadrilles

This spring there are so many ruffles and bows on the market! It is a seasonal trend I have fallen in love with. I have found myself filling my closet with ruffle and bows!

I love this black and white checkered blouse from SheIn for spring. It has a playful little ruffle around the bottom and three feminine bows down the back. The fabric is lightweight too; making it perfect for transitioning from spring into summer. Love!

I wore this outfit over the weekend for lunch, and shopping, with my friend Laura and her cute little baby Mason. You might know Laura from Have Need Want. Her baby is so cute! He is six months old, and has the cutest little smile. I had the honor of holding him for awhile and it was so nice. It reminded me of when my kids were little like that. I do miss those baby days-except for maybe the diapers. haha

This black and white gingham blouse is so much fun. I cannot wait to wear it throughout the spring season, and into the summer months. It will look cute with denim shorts too. You can find it online here for only $20! This is such a great deal on a beautiful blouse. Love it!

Wearing: Kendra Scott earrings / YSL lipstick / beige sparkle tee / denim shirt / black bomber jacket (under $20!!) / straight leg leggings c/o Comm-ci (so comfy!) / Givenchy handbag / Chanel spring nail polish / Adidas sneakers

It is spring break for my kids this week! Yay! This means I have been able to take a little vacation along with them. When I am relaxing, yet still need to dress decently in order to go about town running errands etc., nothing beats the current athleisure trend. I am so happy leggings are considered fashionable right now! My favorite leggings to reach for when I am sporting the athleisure look at these soft and chic, straight leg leggings by Comm-Ci.

Comm-Ci is a fabulous online shop which is a legging heaven. They offer every type of legging imaginable from cropped knee length to straight leg. They offer high waist and low waist options, making it a one-stop-shop for leggings. Love!

I really love my straight leg leggings from Comm-Ci, they are so soft and comfortable; I definitely need to add more pairs to my wardrobe!

My son is trying to save up his allowance for a video game, so I showed him how to use my DSLR camera and he took these photos! He is only eight-years-old and I think he did a great job on the photos! He was really proud of himself when he realized he had learned how to use the camera. It was so cute! Don’t you think he did a great job?

You can find my leggings and more by Comm-Ci on their website at Comm-Ci.com.

Polka dots for spring

spring polka dotschloe faye handbagoutfits under $50affordable fashionoutfits under $100

Wearing: ivory tassel earrings / YSL lipstick / white ruffle shirt (under $20!) / blue and silver ring / Chloe Faye handbag / Christian Louboutin spring nail polish / polka dot skirt (under $25!) / black watch / slate blue high heels

We are finally getting some beautiful spring weather here in the San Francisco Bay Area! I was thrilled to be able to wear some polka dots for spring, on an affordable outfit, which totaled under $75 excluding accessories over the weekend. Love!

Nothing is more satisfying then finding a great deal on clothing which is comfortable, and fashionable. These two pieces were part of my “I’m going to Target for binder paper” run a couple of weeks ago. Of course, several others things ended up in my cart including this white ruffle top, and this polka dots skirt. Both pieces are versatile for spring. I have already worn this white top several times! I showed it last week on the blog here.

Polka dots are also a trend this spring; I remember seeing them on the spring runways in New York. They make such a fun, lighthearted print for spring. The polka dots on this pencil skirt take it from a serious skirt, to a playful article of clothing. Love that!

I wore this outfit last weekend for church and brunch with my family. My cute little ten-year-old daughter took these photos last weekend for me. Isn’t she amazing!

What has ended up in your Target cart recently? Are you able to stick to your list when you go, or do you end up with unplanned purchases in your cart like me?
