You may have already started a new fitness routine in the new year now that your schedule has freed up after the holiday season. This means warmer clothing for going to and from the gym, as well as while working out.

Shades of blue and white are hot this year, so why not incorporate them into your new fitness gear? I love mixing these two hues as they have a calming effect. It makes for the perfect fitness ensemble! After all, a little cardio relaxes us! So, let’s go all-out with the outfit too!

This season I have upped my weekly cardio sessions and also have been watching my caloric intake. So far, I have lost five pounds since new years! Love that! So, let’s do this together and stay on track! Plus, why not look cute too? haha

Fall fitness routine

It’s fall! This means moving my workouts mainly indoors and working hard to stay on track. In addition, my fitness gear is getting a little bit cozier so I can properly warm up for my workout.

When temperatures go down, I like to have a cozy sweatshirt and longer leggings so my muscles stay warm and aren’t stiff when my workout begins. It helps to be warm for warm-up! Also, it is good to switch up your workout sneakers every six months in order to ensure proper fit and support. Loving these new sneakers from Nike!

As far as my workout routine goes, it isn’t much different from summer with the exception of sticking to inside fitness versus hiking and outside walks.

  • Monday: BodyCombat (cardio)
  • Tuesday: Rest
  • Wednesday: Spin (cardio)
  • Thursday: HIIT (Cardio and strength, interval)
  • Friday: POP Pilates (Strength and core)
  • Saturday: Rest
  • Sunday: Spin, BodyPump, Core (cardio and strength)

Well, that’s my fall fitness routine and I try hard to stick with it. If weather permits, I will try to throw in something outside; especially on a Saturday.

Depending on the type of office you work in, this outfit could be perfect for casual Friday, or it could be considered perfect for Monday through Thursday. At any rate, it is classic and perfect for the office. This outfit can even carry you into dinner or happy hour after work. Love that!

Of course, I am suggesting my favorite vanilla fragrance. The office is just like the theater, one spray is perfect Spray it on one wrist then dab it on the other, plus dab it on both sides of your neck, and perfection! Love!
