New Years Eve 2015 is almost here! That means it is time to find the perfect, sparkling dress to ring in the new year!

2014 was a fabulous year, therefore, it is safe to assume that 2015 will be equally fabulous! Since 2015 will be dazzling, why not dazzle in sparkles! This new years eve, look for sparkling dresses in sequins, and fun, shimmering fabrics. Also look out for texture; which adds dimension and lighthearted fun to any garment. Love that!

The holiday party season is officially here! This means it is time to think about finding the perfect outfit, or outfits, for all of those holiday parties we have RSVP-ed to! When shopping for holiday attire, one place in the San Francisco Bay Area comes to mind; Santana Row.

The sparkling cocktail dress on the right is absolutely fabulous, and the style has been spotted on celebrities such as Paris Hilton. Penelope Boutique is definitely the place to go to find formal and cocktail attire for the holiday season. Anne Fontaine always has the most beautiful and crisp attire stocked in their boutique. I love the extremely high quality and attention to detail found in every Anne Fontaine piece. The red dress above is timeless and can be worn season after season. It is ideal for a holiday cocktail party this season and is sure to turn heads! Of course, Anne Fontaine also has a wide variety of black and white ensembles and dresses which are classic and perfect for the holiday party season.

Calypso St. Barth is a fabulous destination for the holiday season. The styles in store at Calypso St Barth are all unique and offer both sparkle and comfort; making them ideal for holiday parties held at home or in a casual setting this season. Love that!

Calypso St. Barth also has a wide variety of faux fur and scarves in stock which will work perfectly with any type of holiday ensemble from formal attire to jeans paired with a sequin top. For a holiday cover-up, I have my eye on this one by Georgie. It would look amazing over a sequin cocktail dress or paired with jeans like the model is wearing on Calypso St. Barth’s website. The holiday party season is fast approaching, which means it is time to find a chic, trendy ensemble for the season. I was thrilled when Sears contacted me to present a sophisticated look for the holiday season from their chic newly redesigned Metaphor collection. Since I needed to dress up for a few holiday parties, and I am always looking for hot new designs for my wardrobe, a new, chic look from the Metaphor Collection at Sears was something I needed!

This amazing holiday party outfit from Sears Metaphor offers a nod towards the current trend of embellished, statement tops; also part of the embellished sweater trend, more about the trend here. This statement top can also be paired with jeans and boots for a sophisticated casual look during the day. As a busy Mother of three, I love having comfortable, yet chic and sophisticated clothing I can run errands in; and look fabulous in while running around all day!

I am also in love with this chic and trendy black skirt. Not only is it a classic, wardrobe mainstay, it fits perfectly; and offers a comfortable feel. This black skirt can also be paired with a short blazer or secretary blouse for an office-appropriate look. Love that!
