Accessory Concierge: products with a cause

bloggers for bca

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is coming up this October. One of the many ways to help raise money for the cause is by supporting charity organizations through products which benefit non-profits that work hard to find a cure for cancer.

Accessory Concierge is helping in the fight against Breast Cancer by donating 20% of all proceeds from the sales of their “Fight Like A Girl” cuff, “Here Comes A Fighter” cuff and their “Tough As Nails” necklace. Not only are these jewelry items fabulous and on-trend, they help raise money and awareness in the fight against Breast Cancer. Love that!

The charity organization Accessory Concierge’s products benefit is BreastCancerFund.org

Joey J Jewelry: Earrings / Ring / Bracelet

Joey J Jewelry is a fabulous jewelry company known for exquisite designs made from 14K over sterling silver. Designer Joanne Joseph has created a stunning collection which reflects her extensive travels and exposure to culturally diverse cities throughout the globe. The jewelry collection offers fine jewelry appeal with a modern, edgy vibe which is the ideal accessory for today’s hottest trends from the runways and the streets.

I absolutely love the edgy vibe of Joey J’s jewelry designs. The collection feels like fine jewelry yet offers unique designs which cannot be found in your average chain jewelry store at the mall. All of the pieces in Joey J’s collection could easily be worn with office attire to add a little spice to a conservative suit, as well as paired with an eye catching cocktail dress to make an evening statement. In fact, Joey J Jewelry could easily be worn with jeans on the weekends, office attire, casual dressy ensembles, cocktail attire and gala gowns. Versatility = Love!

I absolutely adore the three pieces in the photo above as well as the entire collection! I cannot wait to get my hands on a piece of Joey J Jewelry! I know it will be perfect for spring 2014, as well as many seasons to come!

The perfect bracelet

Photos: Earrings: Kathy Kamei (also love this pair) / Lipstick: c/o Dolce & Gabbana Rose / Scarf: L’Wren Scott for BR / Shirt: Ace Delivery (past season) also love SAVE or SPLURGE) / Belt: C Wonder / Buckle: C Wonder / Jeans: L’Wren Scott for BR / Handbag: Coach / Bracelet: c/o Twisted Silver District Bracelet (use code INSIDERS for 15% off) / Nail Polish: Chanel Cosmic / Shoes: Valentino (similar here)

If you have been following me on Twitter, you may already know that I fell in love with the L’Wren Scott for BR collection which debuted earlier this month. I bought a few dressy pieces, occasion pieces and casual items from the collection. In the above photos you can see two of the casual items I purchased from the line. I love the colors and the fabric is soft and comfortable! Love that!

Also, as you know, the black metal trend is on an upswing. Not only have jewelers and accessories designers been using black metal in their pieces, we are seeing more and more buttons, snaps and other metal in black on apparel. I love the understated nature of black metal and how it works perfectly with the current movement towards the “anonymous” handbag and unrecognizable fashion. Fashionistas are moving towards high quality pieces which do not bear logos and do not scream which designer they are from. Black metal works well with this philosophy as it is understated and blends well with any color combination or metallic hardware.

The new “District” bracelet from Twisted Silver is perfect for rocking the black metal trend. The bracelet is a statement piece on its’ own yet offers an unrivaled, understated elegance which can easily be worn casually, as I am wearing it in the photos above, or worn with dressy dinner/evening attire. Love it!

The new “District” bracelet from Twisted Silver is priced at $40 and can be found online Twisted-Silver.com. Use coupon code INSIDERS for a 15% discount. Happy shopping, and stay fabulous 😉
