The Dior fall 2023 nail polish collection is here! Love! For the fall 2023 season, Dior has re-formulated their nail polish collection and introduced two new hues for the autumn season. The only difference I have spotted with the new formula so far, is that the polish is easier to remove with nail polish remover. Otherwise, it seems to have the same staying power and fabulous color saturation we love from Dior.

For fall 2023, Dior introduced a curated nail polish collection with one fashion-forward neutral and one whimsical yet understated shade. Love that!

Whether you are looking for a color which stans out, or one that blends in, Dior has a color for you this fall 2023 season. I love both of these colors. So, without further ado, here are the hues for fall 2023 from Dior nail polish.

Well, obviously Dior Rouge Atelier nail polish is my favorite fall 2023 nail polish color. This is a reddish-brown hue with sparkles. I love sparkles! You can see the golden sparkles in the photo, which shows they are good and sparkly! haha

Rouge Atelier by Dior is perfect for the fall season as it acts like a neutral and plays well with the upcoming autumn color palette in fashion. This nail polish color will blend in perfectly with fall neutrals, as well as shades of green, red, berry, and blue. I am in love! If you work in a conservative office environment, you should be able to pull this color off since it acts like a neutral. Love!

Dior Osee nail polish will be the perfect travel nail polish for fall 2023 season. It is quite light, so it won’t show chips if you are traveling, or working with your hands a lot. In addition, Osee by Dior will play well with any color palette you plan to wear for the fall 2023 season. This is the ultimate neutral and will be perfect in a professional office environment; especially if you feel like Rouge Atelier would be pushing dress code.

Both nail polish hues were tested with one base coat, and two coats of color. I did not use a top coat for testing.

Well, that’s it! Dior has offered us two, carefully curated nail polish colors for the fall 2023 season. Aren’t they fabulous?! Love! Which one is your favorite?

L’Occitane Vanilla Bouquet

L’Occitane hand cream is an oldie but a goodie. If you searched for the perfect, non-greasy hand cream early in your life, you most certainly came across L’Occitane hand cream. It is famous for it’s non-greasy formula and its’ ability to repair hands. But, did you know there are additional scents beyond the standard shea butter fragrance? There are!

My absolute favorite scent from the L’Occitane hand cream collection is Vanilla Bouquet. You might think this is a traditional vanilla bean fragrance, but I can assure, it is not. In fact, L’Occitane Vanilla Bouquet does not really smell like vanilla at all. It is a very soft, floral scent which is light and works well all year long. I am in love with it!

In addition to L’Occitane hand cream in vanilla bouquet, there are additional skin care products with this scent. I am currently loving the body cream, which is thick and moisturizing, as well as beautifully scented! Love!

If you are looking for hand cream which does its’ job, and accompanying skin care products, you might fall in love with L’Occitane hand cream in vanilla bouquet. I know I did!

So, without further ado, I rate L’Occitane hand cream vanilla bouquet five out of five stars! Love it!

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here! If you are a cardholder at Nordstrom, you may already be aware that Icon level spenders get to start shopping today. Ambassador level spenders start shopping on July 12, while the rest of us cardholders can start to shop on July 13. If you are not a cardholder, the sale will open up to the public on July 17. So, start your wish list!

If you are new to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, it is an annual sale which includes basic items and pre-fall items from participating brands which are offered at sale prices for a limited time. Prices will go back to retail on August 6. So, the last day to shop will be August 5. After that, you will spend more for the same item.

It is really important to not go crazy during this sale, or you could blow your entire fall budget. Use some restraint and make your shopping list, based on what you really need, before the sale starts. Once it starts, stick to your list, or your cart will look like it does at the supermarket when you go hungry before dinner.

If you are wondering how to make a list, shop your closet first. Take a look at what you have from last year and see if you still plan to wear it. This is a great time to divide your wardrobe into keep, store, and donate piles. Once you have everything organized, make a list of what you need to replace, and what you actually need. Oftentimes, this sale is great for basic items. I would steer clear of trendy items because it is a pre-fall sale, and when fall hits the stores, the trends could be a little bit different. This is a sale for shopping basics, and timeless items. Also, they usually have good deals on beauty items!

Normally I make a shopping list for the sale filled with basics such as layering tank tops, solid-colored tees, and workout clothing. I usually pop one or two other items into my shopping cart such as a pair of boots or a cute top. This year, I am smitten with all of the sweaters! Oh my! The sale has so many cute sweaters! I am going nuts! Obviously, I cannot buy all of the fabulous sweaters I see, but I have a wish list! One of these sweaters will come home with me, I am not sure which one yet. haha

If you want to have some fun during the sale, grab something in pink! After all, this year is all about the upcoming Barbie movie and wearing pink to celebrate it. Love that! Hence, the pink coat I have my eye on . . .

I recommend shopping this sale online for your first go-around. You can have everything shipped directly to you and return anything that doesn’t work. The sale gets crowded and chaotic during the first few days. It is so much more luxurious to shop from the comfort of one’s own home. Love!
