My fall shoe capsule is here! I love the shoes this fall season. They are reminiscent of the 1990s, and everything I loved about that era in fashion.

The square toe was one of my favorite trends in the mid to late 1990s. It is a design which offers extra room for your toes inside of your shoe. This makes them very comfortable for walking and wearing all day! Love!

I also love the lug sole, which has always been in style, but is more popular in some seasons than in others. This fall 2021 season, the lug sole is extremely popular! You will see it on almost every style of shoe. Lug soles are very practical since they offer traction during the cold months when walking on ice or snow. They also withstand rain since lug soles are made from rubber, and can get wet without consequences. Plus, the thick rubber sole offers extra cushion; again, a comfortable trend in footwear.

Chains and bits are huge again this fall! The bit is a classic feature found on many loafers every season. For fall 2021, it seems to be everywhere. Look for bits and chains on your fall footwear in order to add a little spice to your shoe wardrobe this season. Love it!

As you know, sneakers are a hot trend this season. To be frank, sneakers have been a hot trend for several seasons and are showing no sign of slowing down. This urban, street style trend appears to be here to stay; and I am loving it! Sneakers are comfortable, and make days when you need to walk a lot, easy to navigate.

I love how designers are getting creative with sneakers, and I also love how classic styles are making a comeback. This fall season, look for sneakers which are classic and retro, as well as designer stand-out pieces. It’s time to invest in our sneaker wardrobes!

The fall 2021 shoe trends this year should come as no surprise. We are seeing a huge continuation of ’90’s inspired footwear including lug soles, block heels, loafers, and metal bits. Grunge and post-grunge footwear is hotter than hot season, so if you saved anything from that era, you’re in luck! If you are like me, and you did not, check your closet for these styles from last year or the year before. After you shop your closet, shop the stores to fill in what you need for the season! I recommend having, at a minimum, one pair of lug sole boots, and one pair of loafers with a bit and some sort of heel.

In addition to ’90’s vibes, street sneakers are continuing to be the ultimate go-to shoe for everyday life; and they are proving to be a status symbol beyond just limited edition drop shoes. Any sneakers you find with designer logos are hot this season. Owning a pair of designer sneakers, in any style, is fabulous this fall season. Also look for adidas “Stan Smith” sneakers. This iconic style is already the hottest sneaker style of the fall 2021 shopping season; and they happen to be under $100 per pair. I am investing in two pairs from adidas.

These are really the two main types of shoe styles we all need for the fall 2021 season. Also keep in mind neutral hues are important colors for footwear this fall. Your boots and loafers should be black or a shade of brown. Stay away from bright hues on your leather shoes. Save the bright colors for apparel.

When it comes to sneakers, any color goes! While white with a colored heel are the hottest style of the season, any color which catches your eye is on trend for autumn. Have fun with your sneakers! Snap up a pair of adidas Stan Smith sneakers, and then add a sneaker style from your favorite designer. Your feet will be very happy and comfortable this fall 2021 season! Love!

Also, pay attention to the details. Square toes are still trending, as well as sculpted heels, block heels, lug soles, chunky soles, and metal details such as chains, bits, and studs.

I’m so excited to talk to you about my new running shoes! I bought the adidas Ultraboost 21 running shoes back in early February, and I have fallen in love with them!

Every six months, I like to replace my athletic shoes in order to ensure they have optimum support. I am very protective of my feet! A solid, supportive shoe is a must not only when engaging in athletic activities, but on a daily basis. Nothing is worse for your feet than ill-fitting shoes and/or shoes which do not properly support your foot. Think about your feet as your foundation. With an unstable foundation, a building will fall; so will a human with an improper fitting shoe. When a shoe fits, and offers great support, your feet are happy, you have more energy, and you are less likely to injure yourself.

Now that I have semi-lectured you on shoes, let’s chat about my favorite new athletic shoes! The adidas Ultraboost 21 running shoes are beyond amazing. They have an ultra-supportive sole which hits my footbed in all the right places. The arch support is perfect, and they protect my ankle in the right spots.

You might be wondering why I am talking about a running shoe when I am not a big runner. Well, I prefer running shoes for my everyday fitness activities. Running shoes tend to have optimal shock absorption, and they are flexible, which makes squats and lunges easy to execute. The sole is also on the wider side, which helps offer optimal stability when doing leg-work. I love doing squats and lunges!

My addias Ultraboost 21 running shoes are fabulous, not only for running, but for all of the fitness classes I enjoy taking.
