Have you ever tried using a base mascara? This is the first time I have tried using a base mascara. My problem is, I am allergic to most of the mascara’s on the market. This has caused me to only use two mascara’s on the market which don’t burn my eyes to oblivion. Givenchy happens to be one of the two.

Since the mascaras I choose to use don’t flake, it had not occurred to me that I needed a base mascara; until now. Givenchy was kind enough to send me a sample of their fabulous Base Mascara Perfecto to test out, and review for you. It took me awhile to test it because I assumed I didn’t really need a base for my mascara; boy was I wrong!

The Givenchy Base Mascara Perfecto is so amazing! It eliminated clumping, and thickness; leaving finished eyelashes looking natural and perfect. My eye lashes look long, natural, and well, perfecto! The brush separates lashes so that they get an even amount of base, followed by mascara. This helps to give them volume without clumping, or making the lashes look artificially thick. They look amazing!

Givenchy’s Base Mascara Perfecto not only preps lashes for mascara, it coats them. The coating is natural wax which helps revitalize, and safeguard lashes with natural polymers that form a protective film on their surface. This is a game changer!

Londontown has a beautiful new nail polish collection for the fall/winter 2017 season! The Londontown fall 2017 collection, named “Hyde Park” offers the seasons hottest colors in nail polish. There are four fabulous hues for the autumn season; “Star Moss” which is a light military green, “Bell Flower” which is a bluish-pink, “Black Thorn” which is a sparkling midnight blue/purple, and “Silver Birch” which is a pale blue. Love these colors!

How pretty is Londontown Bell Flower! This is a sassy yet sweet pink hue which is perfect for the fall/winter season. I love the grown up, pinkish-lilac hue of Bell Flower. This is a great color for everyday wear during the fall season!

Londontown Black Thorn is an edgy hue for the fall 2017 season. I love the sparkling midnight blue/purple hue of this color. This is a great color for evenings, or daytime. It is definitely my favorite hue! I look forward to wearing Black Thorn often this season.

Londontown Silver Birch is a sweet, pale blue which is a great pastel hue for the winter season. This will look fabulous with winter gear, snow day ensembles, and winter hues. Love!

Military green is a hot color this fall 2017 season. This makes Londontown Star Moss a fabulous color for the fall season. It works well with all of fall’s hottest color trends. Star Moss also acts like a neutral, so it is easy to wear on a daily basis. Love it!

The new Crushed Lip Color by Bobbi Brown offers a stained flush of color which gives off a just-kissed look in one swipe of the lipstick. It is jam-packed with moisturizing vitamins E and C, as well as beeswax. Bobbie Brown Crushed Lip Color leaves a lip stain which is long-lasting; eliminating the need to continually reapply the lipstick throughout the day.

As a busy Mom, I demand my lipstick stays on during the day. I cannot deal with messy lip colors that smudge, or wear off right away. There simply aren’t enough hours in the day for me to deal with high-maintenance lipstick. Thankfully, Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color stays put, and it isn’t caked or thick looking. The stain is just enough color to help me look put together, without being looking like I’m overdone. This is lipstick perfection!

There are so many pretty colors in the Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color collection, it is hard to choose just a few! I did mange to narrow the line down and pick three colors I love. Here they are!

Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color Lilac

Bobbi Brown’s Crushed Lip Color in Lilac is may favorite of the pinkish/purple hues in the collection. It is a soft pinkish purple color which looks natural, and is easy to wear daily. I love how this color looks with shades of blue, purple, and pink for the fall/winter season. It is also a great color to wear during any season. Love!

Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color Bare

Bare from Bobbi Brown’s Crushed Lip Color collection is a great nude color. It brightens up lips without adding too much brown or tan to them. It has a natural look which is enhanced. This is perfect for when you should be wearing lipstick but don’t want to look like you’re wearing lipstick.

Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color Plum

Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color in Plum is also a great everyday color. This is perfect for days when I want more pigment then the Lilac hue offers. It is also a great color for the autumn season. I know I will reach for Plum quite a bit!

All in all, the Bobbi Brown Crushed Lip Color collection offers a lightweight lip stain, without the cakiness of a cream lipstick; but more color then a sheer lipstick or gloss would offer. This is perfect for when you want to add some color to your lips without the heavy weight of a cream lipstick. I love this collection!
