How pretty are these colors from Gucci for spring 2023! Love! So, I know I have been talking about neutral nail polish being a thing, but I got so bored of neutrals, I needed something a little bit more fun for the upcoming spring season. It’s been awhile since I reviewed Gucci nail polish, so I decided to dive into their spring collection, and I am so glad I did!

While many designers are showing neutral hues for nails this spring 2023 season, Gucci is ignoring the trend and giving us beautiful spring hues for the warm weather season; and I am here for it! There is a fabulous fuchsia, a yellowish ivory, and light denim blue. These colors are fun and joyful; exactly what we need for spring!

I’ve decided I want some fun colors for spring to mix with my neutrals. You know I like to alternate my nails! So, without further ado, here are the three cheery hues from Gucci for the spring 2023 season, all shown with one base coat, and two coats of color, no top coat.

Gucci Vantine Fuchsia nail polish is a fun, candy pink fuchsia which is bright and makes me wants to eat candy; literally! This is such a great color for anyone looking for a bright hue for spring. I think for me, this will be perfect for my toes!

This yellowish ivory hue from Gucci for spring is oddly inviting. I normally shy away from ivory or white nails, but there is something I love about this color. I think it is the yellow hue which is so slight, it makes the ivory interesting. I think this is the perfect replacement for a neutral nail if you strongly dislike neutral nails. I plan to wear Cecilia Ivory often.

Well, as you know, I love blue nail polish colors! So obviously, I am wearing Lucy Baby Blue right now as I type this. This light, denim blue hue is cool and has a slight lavender undertone. I am in love! This will be my spring go-to when I need fun on my nails. I am so bored of neutral nails already! Let’s have some fun with this blue!

OK, so I want to make this perfectly clear, this is NOT a sponsored post. Although I received gifted product from Express back in 2017, this article has nothing to do with that past relationship and is purely my opinion. Now that we cleared that up, I really love my Express denim!

I have always had Express on my radar. It was a fabulous place to shop back in high school, and I have been a customer this entire time. If you have been following along, then you may have noticed occasionally seeing pieces from Express pop up on my blog. This past year, when I was trying to replace my wardrobe due to my weight loss, Express was an easy place to go to stock up on the latest styles of denim and round out my casual wardrobe.

Express has tons of denim styles, so finding jeans in the right styles was easy. In addition to offering a ton of denim styles, they also have jeans in short, regular and tall lengths! Say what?! As someone who is 5’4″ and in love with wearing jeans, my height has always made shopping for jeans challenging. They are always too long, and if I wanted to have them shortened, there are very few styles that can actually be shortened without compromising the bottom half silhouette of the jeans. Flares and boot cut are always challenging, and anything with an interesting hemline would be compromised. Finding jeans in short lengths, is a godsend! In addition, if you are tall, I know you struggle finding jeans which are long enough; my dear friend has this problem!

The jeans I have purchased from Express over the past year, have held up really well in the wash. I wash them on warm and hang them to dry. The sizing is fairly consistent, which makes it easy to buy their jeans online. Express also sends out coupons if you shop with them a lot, and they also have occasional deals online such as buy one, get one 50% off. If you are just looking for one pair, they are usually priced under $100 already, so buying Express jeans is a guilt-free purchase. Love that!

So, if you need to update your denim wardrobe, now that skinny jeans are over and we are moving into a world of straight jeans, flare jeans, bootcut jeans, and wide leg jeans, then Express is a great place to stock up on new styles without breaking the bank. Love that!

How pretty are the nail polish colors from Dior’s “The Mitzah Collection” for spring 2023?! This fun collection for the upcoming warm weather season features two vibrant hues and a soft top coat. Pink Leopard by Dior is a bright pink which is both spicy and light-hearted. Leopardess is a light burgundy which offers classic vibes and makes a great transitional color to wear now, in the winter season, and well into the spring season. If you like these colors, but want to soften them up, Dior has a limited edition top coat named Pearl which adds a softening coat of clear white and subtle sparkle. It is very pretty!

I tested out both colors with one base coat, two coats of nail polish, and with the Pearl top coat. You can wear these colors with, or without, the top coat; depending on the look you want to wear this spring season. Love that!

Dior Leopardess nail polish is a classic, dark red nail polish which borders on a light burgundy. This chic hue is perfect for daily wear and can easily be worn in the office. As we move into the winter season, it is a fabulous color to wear now in order to add a little bit of spring to our personal style when the skies are grey. If you are looking for a nail polish hue you can wear day into evening, and works in a professional setting, this is your spring 2023 nail color!

Pink is always pretty! Pink Leopard nail polish is a bright pink hue which adds some fun to the spring season. If you want a playful shade for the spring season, Pink Leopard is your nail polish in 2023. I love this color to brighten up the day and some warmth to my overall look. I plan on wearing this color most of the time in the spring season! Love!

If you want to add sparkle, or soften up your nail color, Pearl is the perfect top coat. At first glance, Pearl appears to be a stand-alone nail polish, but it is actually a top coat. When it first glides on over your nail color, it looks like it is adding a white coat to the polish, but as soon as it dries, it is a clear coat with a soft, sparkling sheen. This is a great way to liven up Leopardess or soften the bright tone of Pink Leopard. You can also try it on other nail polish colors you may have at home, in case Leopardess or Pink Leopard are not calling your name.
