 It is always fun to try new out new cosmetics. When I received a box containing an eye color palette, lip gloss, lipstick, and skin care products for a Borghese review, I was thrilled! I love the Fango clay products by Borghese, so trying out their makeup is a natural next step!

The Eclissare Color Eclipse color palette contains twelve eye shadow colors which are classic neutrals. I love the beautiful shades of brown, golden hues, and charcoal tones. It is easy to create casual eyes, daytime eyes, office appropriate eyes, and glam evening eyes with this color palette!

In addition to the Borghese Eclissare Color Eclipse eye shadow palette, I tested out Borghese’s Superiore Mascara, and Borghese’s Eclissare Color Eclipse eye liner. The mascara offers a smooth application without clumping, and the eye liner applies in a smooth straight line.

Borghese’s lip glosses offer a sheer color application with a slight sparkle, making them perfect for evening, or holiday parties. The lipstick in Grappa is a great winter wine which is easy to wear during the day or in the evening. For a glam evening look, the Simmer lip gloss applied over the Grappa lipstick makes a perfect night lip!

No-one likes clumpy or streaking makeup, therefore Borghese’s Face Primer is a must-have in every makeup bag. It offers a smooth base for foundation, or powder makeup. Love that!

Of course, the Fango face cleaner is fabulous! It is a clay cleaner which is great at gently removing air pollution, makeup, and natural oils which build up during the day.

Laura Mercier Caviar Stick in new colors!

Laura Mercier has an eye make-up product named the “Caviar Stick.” If you are familiar with Laura Mercier’s products, then you already know how amazing and fabulous the “Caviar Stick” can be. If not, let me tell you all about one of my favorite beauty products on the market today; and the fact that Laura Mercier has introduced six new colors!

Laura Mercier’s “Caviar Stick” is an eye make-up tool which can be used as eyeliner or a substitute for eye shadow. The thick stick applies smoothly and evening; drying into a smudge-proof line after roughly 20 seconds. Love that! Laura Mercier’s “Caviar Stick” is also water resistant and stays put even when perspiring on a warm day or working out.

My favorite “Caviar Stick” color has been “Cocoa” for the past three years. I wear Laura Mercier’s “Caviar Stick” in “Cocoa” on a daily basis; many times without mascara or eye shadow. The color is dazzling and the “Caviar Stick” offers enough glamour on its’ own to be worn with casual through dressy eye make-up applications.

The six new colors Laura Mercier has introduced are Tuxedo (matte), Peacock, Gilded Gold, Burnished Bronze, Moonlight, and Copper. These beautiful new colors are a great addition to the “Caviar Stick” by Laura Mercier collection. They will blend well with fall 2014’s metallic and autumn hue color trends; working perfectly with any Fashionista’s fall wardrobe! Love it!

Laura Mercier was kind enough to send me “Burnished Bronze” and “Tuxedo” from the new “Caviar Stick” color collection. I am looking forward to brightening up my eyes with these beautiful new hues! “Tuxedo” is the first-ever matte version of Laura Mercier’s “Caviar Stick.” It offers a dramatic and glamorous finish which is perfect for evening occasions and any occasion which calls for a dramatic eye! I love the “Burnished Bronze” for daytime and casual wear. It is a really pretty color and adds a little, subtle sparkle. I will also continue to use classic “Cocoa” as my go-to “Caviar Stick” for a natural, brown line.

Laura Mercier high coverage eye concealer review

Laura Mercier’s new high coverage concealer for under eye is here! This amazing eye concealer is packaged in a small tube with a long point where the concealer comes out in mini drops. These small drops of concealer are easy to apply with dots under the eyes where coverage is needed. After applying the concealer in dots under the eye, Laura Mercier’s new high coverage eye concealer can easily be smoothed into skin creating a clean canvas on the face  and hiding everything which needs to be hidden under the eye! Bye bye dark circles!

I have found it difficult to find a good eye concealer over the years since the color always seems to be slightly off from the color of my foundation making the portion under my eyes too white. Laura Mercier’s new high coverage concealer blends perfectly with my foundation and smooths into skin without leaving a trace. This allows Laura Mercier’s high coverage concealer to properly hide imperfections under the eye without being detected. Perfection!
