A black top and a comfy pair of jeans is a common go-to look for many people. It is easy to put together and always looks chic. When I wear a black top and jeans, I always like to add a pop of another color. Lately, I have been in a pink mood, so I added a pop of pink!

This black sweater has become my go-to black top these fall and winter seasons. It is perfect to wear alone, or under a cozy down coat. As with any black top, it can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. You may have seen me wear this sweater quite a bit this season! It will carry me through winter and spring and will get pulled out again for frequent wear next fall too. Love that! It’s all about investment dressing!

I recently wore this outfit for a ramen meal with my family. It was the perfect cozy look for a cozy meal. Love!

Casual holiday outfit with sparkles

When we think of holiday sparkle, oftentimes we think of a party ensemble. Seriously though, we wear casual clothing more often than party lewks, so, having at least one sparkling sweater for the holiday season is the must-have we didn’t all know we needed!

I love this sparkling sweater because it has a subtle festive vibe. The sparkling silver stripes are made from sequins and paired with a classic grey-white knit. This allows the sweater to be paired with jeans for everyday wear or over a party skirt on a cool night for an actual party. I love having a festive sweater I can wear daily, and also wear for holiday events!

Another thing about this sweater? It’s under $100. Love that!

Pop of red for the holidays

Do you have a comfortable, go-to outfit every season? This holiday season, my comfy go-to outfit is this; black sweater, wide leg jeans, and a pop of Christmas red. Love!

This sweater is super comfortable, and the dolman sleeves are perfect for our California weather. I can easily go inside and outside and stay warm. Love that!
