Taco Bell on the beach

OK, so if you are from the Bay Area, you already know about Taco Bell in Pacifica. This is touted as “the most beautiful Taco Bell in the world.” Apologies, I don’t know the original quote author, if you know, tell me and I will update credit.

The Taco Bell in Pacifica is actually a Taco Bell Cantina and it has a full bar inside! Yes, they serve alcohol if you are interested. In addition, they have a to-go window on the outside of the building so that you can stay sandy and salty from the ocean while indulging in your Taco Bell craving. Love that!

I filed this post under Staycation Bay Area because it really is a destination if you don’t live in Pacifica. You can combine a beach day with Taco Bell. This is also a beautiful and affordable way to have dinner on the beach while watching the sunset. Yes, I have done it, and it is fabulous. Highly recommend!

The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. I love the patio, but we ate inside on this particular occasion because the wind was quite strong. The interior windows are large and allow full view of the beach. So, if you dine inside you can enjoy the beachy vibes.

Since it was a windy day, we enjoyed our lunch inside with a view of the beach and then took a walk along the beach. My hair flew everywhere, hence my hand on my head in the photo above.

This really is a special Taco Bell. You can have an affordable meal at a restaurant on the beach-which is almost unheard of here in the Bay Area. So, I highly recommend a beach day in Pacifica!

Pro tip: Avoid weekends. If you can go on a Tuesday or Wednesday, then finding parking and a table will be a breeze.

Thanks for stopping by!

Fall capsule wardrobe 2025

fall 2025 capsule wardrobe outfit ideas

Fall capsule wardrobe from top left: turtleneck sweater / sunglasses / CZ earrings / short sleeve cardigan / classic cut jeans (avl in petite, tall and reg sizes) / bracelets / long sleeve cardigan / tee shirts /

Life is casual this fall season, so my fall capsule wardrobe reflects an easygoing, casual season. This year we are seeing a continuation of timeless style, so keeping pieces classic and neutral is key for fall 2025. We are also seeing cardigan sweaters as a huge breakout trend; which is fabulous since they are a closet staple and timeless style.

In addition to neutrals, traditional autumn hues such as deep red, dark yellow, shades of green, ivory, winter white, and chocolate brown are trending for the fall 2025 season. Also look for bold buttons, statement sunglasses, and jeans without any holes or distressing. Think chic for fall.

This prompted me to put together a cozy yet simple capsule wardrobe for the fall 2025 season. Classic cut jeans, bold buttons on cardigans, cozy and classic sweaters, simple jewelry, and big sunglasses are perfect this fall season. I love this since the bigger the sunglasses, the happier I am.

Patriotic outfit idea for the 4th of July

outfit ideas 4th of july

4th of July outfit idea: USA Tee / red statement earrings / blue nail polish / denim shorts / straw tote (customizable) / blue and white stripe espadrilles /

The 4th of July is fast approaching, this is the perfect time to assemble your patriotic outfit for watching parades, attending BBQ’s and showing off your USA pride. Love that!

Chances are, you already own denim shorts, but if not, this pair is really cute and available in a couple different washes. These espadrilles are comfy and patriotic. Love those stripes!

Of course, blue nail polish is perfect at any time, especially when we are celebrating our country. This is my favorite bottle.

We all need a USA tee! This one comes in a few different color combos and style. This style is my favorite. Love it!
