My summer handbag capsule wardrobe for the summer 2025 season is casual and carefree. I love the slouchy, effortless look of these bucket bags, and my little east/west handbag is perfect for everyday. This straw tote is a fun, beachy tote which can be customized with initials, a name, or a little phrase. Mine says “Jet Set.”

Of course, I also reach for my caramel top handle bag and belted tote often throughout the week. These are my current bags on rotation. Love them!

As we look toward the handbag trends for summer 2025, we are still seeing the anonymous handbag, east/west bags, slouchy bucket bags, belted totes, and seasonal straw handbags. Also, spending thousands of dollars on a handbag is currently out, while purchasing sensible, high-quality handbags at a reasonable price is “IN.” Your bag shouldn’t be easy to identify, and it shouldn’t break the bank. That’s the “IT” bag of 2025. Love that!

This summer season, I am sticking to a neutral color palette as well as black and white combos. For color, I love the Hermes nail polish collection for adding a little fun to my overall look. I am also incorporating pops of pink and mocha; keeping in line with current color trends, of course!

My summer capsule wardrobe is really a continuation of my spring capsule, with a few added pieces to replace the ones with thicker fabric. After all, dressing for the weather is a must!

If you are looking for flattering tee shirts which won’t break the bank, I am in love with these! I have them in multiple colors for summer; olive, ivory, light blue, navy, and black. I picked up two in black because I wear the color so often. They also wash well. I have been washing them in warm, regular cycle, and throwing them in the dryer. They come out looking great! Love that!

So, summer 2025 is all about classic style, keeping lines clean, and continuing investment dressing. Love!

It’s all about arch support! My spring shoe capsule is made up of shoes with arch support. It’s amazing how many fabulous shoes are on the market for people like me with foot issues. In fact, you don’t even need to have foot issues to wear these shoes. The arch support is good for everyone and makes the shoes more comfortable; as well as easier to walk in. Love that!

When it comes to shoe trends, spring 2025 is still bringing us ballet flats, Mary Janes, classic loafers, shades of mocha, and suede. Suede is so hot right now!

High heels and dressier footwear are making a comeback. There are varying heel heights this season which include stiletto, block, and kitten heels. This means there is a heel for every occasion, comfort level, and taste. Love that!

I might actually take the plunge and invest in a pair of slingback kitten heels as well as a new pair of block heels. I love these classic pumps in suede and definitely need them in more colors, as well as more styles from the brand. Love!
