Summer is in full swing, and we are all looking to fill our wardrobes with warm weather items and great travel pieces. This week, cross body bags and sneakers have been popular as they are the ideal items for travel and exploring on a nice summer day. Of course, staying cool and looking cool go hand in hand, which is why the chain pouch, and the basket bag, are also popular right now.

More people are going back to the office, and traffic is really looking like it was two years ago! This means we all need to ramp up our office attire. This blazer vest is perfect for staying cool on a warm day yet looking professional and powerful at the office. Love that! It also looks very chic with shorts or jeans. Love that too!

We don’t always want to wear shorts on warm and casual days. This cool summer dress is priced under $50 and perfect for a casual day this summer season. I love that it comes in so many color choices! I purchased blue, black, and striped. Love!

Stay tuned! The annual Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is coming up a little bit earlier this year. The preview is already online and the sale starts next week! I’ll post my favorites from the sale for you next week. There are a couple really cute handbags at amazing prices, and the fall boots look good again this year. I also found some fabulous coats.

Take an inventory of what you have in your closet and make a list of what you think you might need for fall, that way you don’t overshop during the sale. It’s so easy to buy too much when the prices are so good! I’ll curate my favorites for you so you don’t have to sort through everything, and buy too much! Casual summer outfits are king right now! This cute and flattering dress, priced under $50, is perfect for summer! It looks fabulous with sandals or sneakers for casual daytime looks. It can also be dressed up at night with dressier sandals or wedge espadrilles. I purchased three of these dresses; in blue, black, and stripes. If you are looking for a great summer dress that won’t break the bank, this is the one! I love it!

Nothing refreshes one’s closet like a fabulous handbag. Look for a straw tote, fabulous mini bag, or a statement making pouch. Love!

I am loving sneakers right now, and you are too! Dunk’s are a popular sneaker since they come in so many colors and offer good arch support. If you are like me and need a shoe with good arches, this is great sneaker to look for! This olive green and white pair looks great with neutral hues, denim, and summer looks. Love!

It’s beginning to look a lot like summer! This past week everyone has shifted into shopping for summer attire. This tie sleeve tee is perfect for everyday wear and this comfy summer dress, which is available in tons of colors and is under $50, is flying off store shelves. I have to say, this dress is super flattering and looks good on so many body types. Love!

Nike Air Jordans are a classic IT sneaker, and here in the Bay Area we are seeing designer sneakers getting pushed to the back of closets, and Air Jordans, as well as Dunk’s, roaming the streets. These are a classic IT sneaker, but this year, they are on fire more than usual. Air Jordans are a great investment and a nod to the GOAT. If you are having trouble scoring a pair on the SNKRS app, stay tuned! I plan on writing a guide on how to score a pair. If the SNKRS app is causing you too much pain and suffering, you can easily score a pair on the secondary market. Here are a few of my current favorites.

In addition, summer nail polish colors are a lot more fun than what we saw from designers for spring. This sea foam green is a fabulous color as well as these bright takes on classic coral and pink. This lilac hue is also wildly popular. Love!

Classic hoops are also hot this year. If you haven’t snapped up a pair yet, these are under $100 and are super lightweight. Love them!
