T-Strap shoes for fall 2014

T-Strap shoes are classic; but they also happen to be hot for the fall 2014 season. Designers such as Giorgio Armani and Gucci all sent t-strap heels down their runways for the fall/winter 2014/2015 season. The t-strap shoes shown on the runways offered classic lines, clean styling and modern touches. The modern touches shown on the runway included bi-color options, calf hair and thin heels.

Although traditional t-strap shoes are usually shown in solid colors, both the solid color and bi-color t-strap shoe are very “of-the-moment” for the fall 2014 season. The majority of the bi-color t-strap shoes for fall 2014 are being shown with contrasting neutrals, metallic hues or mixed with animal prints.

I absolutely adore t-strap shoes and have a few pairs stashed in my closet; key word is “stashed.” Although I love my t-strap shoes, I do not find myself reaching for them very often. This is definitely a shoe style I need to reach inside my closet for and start wearing for the fall season! What do you think of t-strap shoes for fall?

I found a few fabulous t-strap shoes around the web and assembled them into the shopping widget below, I hope you love them! I am eyeing a few pairs of the t-strap shoes shown below myself!  Happy shopping, and stay fabulous 😉

David Tlale sent his spring/summer 2015 collection down the New York Fashion Week runway on September 7, 2014. The collection was filled with flowing fabrics, three-dimensional designs and a warm color palette. The collection fused together modern styling with a slight nod to the 1940’s, 1950’s, 1960’s and 1970’s through skirt silhouettes and necklines. The prints were fresh; and added a strong, powerful yet feminine  touch to the overall pieces.

David Tlale used Egyptian cotton, wool crepe, silk crepe, brocade, silk raffia, gold lame, chiffon, PVC and a fabulous bejeweled vlisco print throughout his collection. The asymmetrical lines, box pleats, peplum, flare pants, a-line silhouettes, hot pants and more inserted a little something for everyone and every occasion in the collection.

My favorite piece on the runway was the inverted box pleat skirt shown above. Fabulous! Also, watching Tyson walk down the runway in person, is another highlight of the show! Hawt!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is coming up this October. One of the many ways to help raise money for the cause is by supporting charity organizations through products which benefit non-profits that work hard to find a cure for cancer.

Accessory Concierge is helping in the fight against Breast Cancer by donating 20% of all proceeds from the sales of their “Fight Like A Girl” cuff, “Here Comes A Fighter” cuff and their “Tough As Nails” necklace. Not only are these jewelry items fabulous and on-trend, they help raise money and awareness in the fight against Breast Cancer. Love that!
