I left my He(art) in San Francisco. Ah, this conjures up visions of Tony Bennett belting out our city’s unofficial theme song. It also conjures up a modern-day vision of LikeToKnow.it’s heart in a circle logo; which you might be familiar with from Instagram.
The summer of 2017 has been the summer of likes; Instagram likes that is. The LikeToKnow.it team has been traveling around the country installing pop-up wall’s in all of our major cities. These pop-up walls last about one month, and offer a colorful background for taking photos worthy of all the likes on Instagram. Like it? Ha! I love it!
In case you are reading this and wondering what in the world LikeToKnow.it is, it is an app where you can shop your favorite outfits, products, beauty products, home, products etc. from LikeToKnow.it enabled photos found on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest. If you screenshot a photo bearing the LikeToKnow.it logo in the bottom right-hand corner, the photo and product details will appear in your LikeToKnow.it app with shoppable links. You can learn more about it from this post I wrote in April.
The San Francisco wall was officially launched on August 16, 2017. To celebrate, Dawn from Fashion Should Be Fun and I went up to the city for meetings, lunch, and of course, photos in front of the wall! The San Francisco He(art) wall features so many pretty colors; but I have to admit I am in love with the portion bearing blue and green tones. Isn’t it fabulous!
You too can take your Instagram worthy photo in front of the wall; but hurry! It will only be there until September 16, 2017. The wall is located on the Palmer’s SF building on the corner of Fillmore and Clay. Since it is in the Fillmore shopping district, you can combine your wall visit with lunch or brunch; and some serious shopping! Love! Or should I say; Like!
So I have rambled on about this fabulous wall, but can we change gears for a minute and chat about this dress?! In anticipation of the wall, I purchased this white dress so that I would not clash with the color palette; which was still a secret when I was shopping for a wall-worthy ensemble!
I was thrilled to find this dress. It is under $100 and turned out to be extremely comfortable. What threw me for a loop was when a woman walking on Fillmore street stopped to tell me how much she liked my dress! This does not happen often, so when it does, I know I need to re-wear the dress as often as possible!
If you are looking for a little white dress, which can be a fabulous go-to piece in your closet, this one is under $100; so you can’t go wrong! Plus, my Mom accused me of spending $400+ on it, so it looks like it cost much more then it did. I am not sure she believed me when I told her the price! haha
The dress is a little sheer, so I wore white tennis shorts and a white tank top underneath to make sure everything was covered. Worked like a charm!

Let me know if you stop at the wall in San Francisco! If you have snapped photos in front of one of the other LikeToKnow.it walls around the country this summer, I would love to see the pictures! Drop your link below.
Thanks for stopping by!
