Bomber jackets are the “bomb” right now. 😉 I have a light pink bomber jacket, which you can see here, that I am in love with. It is medium warmth; not too heavy, but not lightweight. In the summer, I usually need a lightweight jacket to combat the morning fog; and also to help transition into the fall season.

Denim jackets tend to fit the bill when a lightweight jacket is in order. But, sometimes a denim jacket is a bit too obvious. So when I spotted this lightweight bomber jacket by SheIn, I was thrilled! Not only is it priced under $40, it is lightweight; making it easy to wear now, and into the warm fall months. Love that!

This lightweight bomber jacket is such a great alternative to a denim jacket. It can be worn casually, or it can add a little “street cred” to a skirt or dress. It really makes keeping warm on foggy days fun! I am looking forward to pairing it with jeans, and booties, when the fall season rolls around.

A kimono can elevate a basic tee, and shorts for summer into an ensemble! I love throwing my kimono over a tank top and shorts, or a tee and jeans. It turns basic pieces into a complete, chic look! Love that!

My absolute favorite summer sale pieces are pictured in the collage above. The jacket is already on its’ way to me, and I have a few of the others in my shopping cart. How fabulous is the burgundy tee! It is perfect to wear right now, and well into the fall season. Plus, it is under $10. Love that!

Here in the San Francisco Bay Area, the fog rolls in, and out, from the ocean, and the bay. One of the key pieces every fashionista in the Bay Area needs in her closet during the summer months, is a light wrap! I am always on the hunt for fabulous, light wraps to throw over an outfit when the fog rolls in; or to wear before the fog rolls out!

I was thrilled to find this beautiful summer kimono by Shein for the summer months. It is the perfect topper for any summer ensemble when the fog is all the way in; or just looming over the mountains.

May has been on the cool side. We have been having weather which hovers in the fifties,  sixties, and low seventies throughout the month. Now that June is here tomorrow, we can expect our traditional “June Gloom” to kick in, thus the need for a fabulous, fashionable wrap! This Shein kimono fits the bill perfectly. Love!

This summer kimono has been perfect to wear over flares while the clouds, and fog, have kept the hot sun out. As we move away from our cloud cover and fog, and roll into the hotter summer months, this kimono will be fabulous over a simple tank dress, or paired with a pencil skirt, or worn over shorts and a tee shirt. It is the perfect way to take a simple, casual outfit and transform it into something amazing. I am in love!

This is the first piece I have owned from Shein. I love the affordable prices, and fashionable collection they offer throughout their website. I am looking forward to adding more pieces to my wardrobe from Shein!
