The rain has finally stopped, at least for a few days, which means I get to wear my new blue suede shoes! Yay! I had been eyeing these shoes by Aquazurra for several months, but I was waiting for the right color to come along. When I spotted them in this pretty blue hue at ShopBop, I knew it was time to pull the trigger. I am so happy I did!

One of the hardest things to find is a comfortable pair of high heels; especially a pair which is 4″ high. There are a few brands or designers which I find comfortable, but unfortunately, they are far and few between. I heard through the grapevine that Aquazurra’s high heels are incredibly comfortable, so I knew I needed a pair! I am glad I found this pair in blue because they are both comfy and cute. Love that!

From now on, I am going to keep my eye on Aquazurra for new colors and styles. Since this pair is comfortable, I know more styles from the brand will be too. Three cheers for adding a comfy brand to my approved list of shoes!

A few of my favorite high heels brands, which are both beautiful and comfortable, are Manolo Blahnik, Joie, Aquazurra and Valentino. Which shoe brands do you find make comfortable high heels?

I am a sucker for a dress which can be worn in both warm and cold weather. Here in the San Francisco Bay Area, our weather changes so much; sometimes in the middle of the day! It is important to have a wardrobe which can easily flow from warm to cold and back to warm temperatures.

This dress from Tracy Reese is perfect for our Bay Area micro-climates. I originally purchased it to wear at New York Fashion Week last September. It was ideal in the 90 degree heat and humidity. The natural fabric breathed and managed to keep me cool. My feet were killing me after a long day of on and off site shows, so I ended up pairing my comfortable moto boots with the dress and throwing my hair into a ponytail. It was hot and I needed to be comfortable!

Fast forward to our recent winter temperatures and the dress is still working for me! I have been wearing it with high heels and my favorite jacket of the season; my Rebecca Minkoff pink moto jacket. This dress is so comfortable and versatile; I am glad I invested in it for fashion week and the fall season! It has become my go-to dress this season. It can also be dressed up with pointed toe heels and a faux fur jacket. Love it!

What is your favorite, versatile piece this fall/winter season?

The weather has finally started to feel like fall! This past week, temperatures have finally dipped into the 60’s and 50’s, offering crisp fresh air and the opportunity to wear warm clothing. Love that!

Since we are experiencing a drought here in the San Francisco Bay Area, we have had an unusually warm year. We started to get spring-like weather as early as January! So, when the cooler temperatures started to hit last week, it felt refreshing; and a relief!

This warm pink moto jacket by Rebecca Minkoff is ideal for the current temperatures. It not only keeps me warm, it is both edgy and girly at the same time. Love that! I also love how it looks with this Coach shoulder bag; which is how I am wearing the painted handbag trend this season.

How is your weather pattern? Have you had the opportunity to wear your fall clothing yet?
