I tested out Essie’s Jiggle Hi Jiggle Low with two coats of color and one base coat. The nail polish turned out to be very strong! It lasted eight days before I received one chip. Love that!
In addition to being a fabulous nail polish color for the winter and holiday seasons, Essie’s Jiggle Hi Jiggle Low is a great neutral hue which can be worn during any season of the year.
