Well, things sold out quickly from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Practically my entire wish list was gone by the time I had the chance to shop the sale. I did end up with one pair of boots, which are still en route to me. How did you fair with the sale? Were you able to snap up anything?

Aside from the sale, summer is still going strong! Barbie pink is hotter than hot as the movie premieres, and everyone is excited to see their favorite childhood doll on the live screen. The anonymous handbag is also going strong and is proving to be the ultimate IT bag as we head into the fall season and beyond. While the anonymous handbag is not a trend, the suppression of the logo bag is a trend, so might as well stock up on this classic IT handbag look while logos are shoved in the back of the closet!

If you are looking towards fall, my trend reports will come out soon! As of right now, know this! The red handbag is coming back strong, so if you have one in the back of your closet, bring it forward! If you want to rock something fall right now, wear your red handbag now!

Want to get a jumpstart on shopping your closet for fall before my article posts? Also look at your loafers and bring them forward. Loafers are both classic and on trend for fall. Love that!

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has started! If you are like me, you are picking up layering pieces such as long sleeve tee’s, tank tops, and the like. Of course, there are a couple cute dresses and sweaters, as well as this fun, pink coat, which I feel like I need in my life. haha The sale is on now, and prices go back up on August 6, 2023. So, if you see something you like, snap it up now! Here are a few of my favorites from the sale:

Classic styles are still going strong! These classic black boots are picking up steam as savvy shoppers start to shop for fall. Chic, anonymous handbags are also the hottest IT bags of the moment. This black bag and this green one are both hot right now!

What are you loving right now as we move into the fall shopping season?

Remember to shop your closet before heading to the stores! Store your logo-wear for another season and pull forward your classic and timeless pieces. Denim is getting cleaner as we move into fall, so donate or store your heavily torn denim. Shades of green are hot this year, but you can rock any color you’re in the mood for. Love that!

The summer is going strong! Everyone is all about beautiful, high-quality handbags and summer essentials such as espadrilles, tees, and outdoor living.

This Citronella candle is both chic and practical. I love that it repels bugs while I am enjoying a meal outside. It also has a sweet scent which makes it a citrus floral. Love that!

These espadrilles are super comfy and have a little bit of a wedge heel. If you have Planter Fasciitis like me, I wear an arch support band with them and I can walk pain-free. Love that! If you have haven’t read it yet, check out my post about relieving Planter Fasciitis pain.

If you are not a Nordstrom cardholder, you might not be aware that the annual Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is starting next week. You may also hear this sale referred to by its nickname online, which is the NSALE. I will post about it early next week detailing my favorites from the sale. It is a great time to stock up on basics. Save shopping the fall trends for when fall actually hits the stores, this sale is all about workout clothing, pajamas, basics, and essentials. I usually fall for a sweater or two too. haha
