Dolce & Gabbana’s “Gaia” nail polish from the summer 2014 beauty collection “Summer Glow.” “Gaia” by Dolce & Gabbana is a beautiful amber green nail polish which sparkles in the sun: as you can see in the above photo. This medium green hue with amber undertones plays well with both gold and silver jewelry, as well as summer 2014’s color palette.

Green also happens to be one of fall 2014’s most important colors. Dolce & Gabbana’s “Gaia” nail polish is the perfect way to incorporate green into your summer wardrobe now and as you begin to transition into the fall when late summer arrives. Transitions into fall =  love!

I tested out Dolce & Gabbana’s “Gaia” nail polish with two coats of color and one base coat. The nail polish lasted for nine days without chipping! I even wore it on a vacation to Pine Mountain Lake where I was boating and swimming; and the nail polish stayed on perfectly! Love that!

Dolce & Gabbana “Gaia” nail polish is limited edition and part of the summer 2014 beauty collection, “Summer Glow.” It can be found online here and here.

Chanel Orage nail polish for fall 2014 review

Chanel “Orage” nail polish is a black nail polish hue from Chanel’s fall 2014 beauty collection. The nail polish shade is dark, vampish and an edgy way to be neutral for the upcoming cool weather season. With fall 2014’s dark autumn hues and contrasting bright colors, a black nail polish is the perfect way to have a neutral nail polish color which is easy to wear on a daily basis; especially if fall 2014’s nude nail trend is not your style.

I tested out Chanel “Orage” nail polish with two coats of color, one base coat and no top coat. The nail polish lasted seven days; which is really good for a dark nail polish without a top coat!

Chanel “Orage” nail polish from Chanel’s fall 2014 beauty collection can be found online here and here.

Chanel Atmosphere nail polish for fall 2014 review

Chanel “Atmosphere” is one of two nude nail polish colors from Chanel’s fall 2014 beauty collection. This fresh twist on a nude nail color offers the bare sleekness of a nude, with the spicy flair of a pink iridescent overlay. The result is a versatile, pale hue which plays well with all color palettes and prints during any season. Love that!

Chanel “Atmosphere” nail polish is a sheer nail color which allows any nail imperfections you have to show through. For more nail coverage, I would recommend using one coat of a pale pink or white nail polish underneath “Atmosphere” in order to cover up any discolorations on your nail or to cover the tips of your nails.

I tested out Chanel “Atmosphere” for one week and the nail polish held up really well. I only received one chip on my thumb over the course of seven days. Love it!

“Atmosphere” nail polish by Chanel is a great nail polish color to try if you have always wanted to try a nude nail polish but felt like the colors available were too pale or downright boring. The iridescent finish on Chanel “Atmosphere” nail polish makes the overall color interesting and less like a traditional nude nail polish which is generally a flat pale pink or beige.

Chanel “Atmosphere” nail polish from the fall 2014 beauty collection can be found online here and here.
