Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Discover Vulcano pour homme edt is a new flanker fragrance to Dolce & Gabbana’s original Light Blue for men. Named after Vulcano, an Aeoleon Island which is known for its’ mud baths and an active, smoking crater, Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Discover Vulcano pour homme eau de toilette offers a classic, masculine fragrance experience ideal for moderate weather.

This heavy, woody eau de toilette for men offers a long-lasting fragrance experience which is perfect for casual and weekend activities; as well as relaxed, evening occasions. Although the top notes offer a slight citrus scent, Dolce & Gabbana’s Light Blue Discover Vulcano edt offers a woody fragrance experience which originates from its’ base.

Top notes: Lemon, Ginger

Middle notes: Cypress, Lavender

Base notes: Vetyver, Cedarwood

We tested out Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Discover Vulcano pour homme edt on an eighty degree, summer day. The fragrance instantly gave off a woody scent laced with vetyver and light lemon. The woody scent lasted throughout the day while gently fading away into the evening hours. It is ideal for moderate weather during the spring, summer and fall months.

Dolce & Gabbana’s new “Light Blue Escape to Panarea” eau de toilette is a warm, fresh scent which is evocative of summer nights on the Mediterranean. By combining Calabrian Bergamot and orange blossom with a warm musky base, Dolce & Gabbana has recreated the scent of a Southern Italian, Mediterranean evening.

Dolce & Gabbana “Light Blue Escape to Panarea” eau de toilette offers a fresh, warm weather, fruity floral fragrance experience laced in a warm musky base. This combination makes “Light Blue Escape to Panarea” eau de toilette by Dolce & Gabbana ideal for warm summer weather as well as transitioning to the fall season. 

As the days remain warm in early to mid fall, especially here in the San Francisco Bay Area, the fresh floral scent from Dolce & Gabbana “Light Blue Escape to Panarea” eau de toilette works perfectly during the day when temperatures hover in the 70’s and 80’s. The warm musky base is ideal as the sun goes down and temperatures plummet as the fog rolls in from the ocean across the bay.

Base notes: war musk, Tonka Bean, ambergris, patchouli

Escada’s “Born in Paradise” eau de toilette is a beautiful, warm weather, exotic fruity fragrance which will instantly transport you to a luscious paradise island in a faraway land. From the exotic packaging to the cool, light-hearted bottle, Escada’s “Born in Paradise” edt will make everyday life feel like vacation. 

Escada’s “Born in Paradise” edt starts off with a fruity zing laced with a warm musky undertone. The fruity scent is refreshing and ideal for warm, summer temperatures.  As the day wears on, Escada “Born in Paradise” edt settles into a sweet, fruity scent which is long-lasting, and continually refreshing throughout the day. At the end of the day, the fruity scent diminishes and you are left with a warm, woody, musk scent which transitions from warm, daytime temperatures to cool, evening temperatures.

Top notes: green apple, watermelon, guava

Middle notes: coconut milk, pineapple

Bottom notes: sandalwood, cedarwood, musk

Escada “Born in Paradise” edt is an ideal fragrance for daily wear during the summer months. The refreshing, fruity scent works well in warm weather and helps invigorate you mentally throughout the day. Love that! Although Escada “Born in Paradise” edt is an eau de toilette, the fragrance is surprisingly long lasting and sustains it’s fragrance cycle throughout the day as if it were an eau de parfum. The overall fragrance experience is reminscent of an island paradise vacation which can help make everyday life at home feel a little bit like paradise 😉
