Can we all agree the holidays are fabulous?! I love holiday outfits, Christmas decorations, holiday decorations, crisp air, time off from work, and the ability to see friends and family it is difficult to visit with the rest of the year.
Over the Thanksgiving break, my daughter was home from school, and my friend Dawn (Fashion Should be Fun) was off of work. This meant we could take some time out of our busy schedules and visit! Loved it!
Since we knew the decorations were up at Santana Row, Dawn suggested wearing holiday attire, and I am so glad she did! It was my first opportunity to break out my velvet top. I was also able to dig into my sparkling holiday jewelry and add some shine to my all-black look. Pro tip: you don’t need expensive baubles to sparkle, Swarovski makes jewelry that sparkles, won’t drain your bank account, and is red carpet worthy. Love!
After catching up, and snapping photos in front of the Christmas tree, Dawn, my daughter, and myself enjoyed a delicious meal at Dumpling Time. They have really yummy xlb, shu mai, and shrimp toast. We had such a good meal! It was a treat for my daughter too who is accustomed to eating dorm food at school. If you are local, be sure to pop in for some yummy dumplings!
