One of the four colors from Essie’s holiday gift set was “No More Film.” This beautiful, dark purple hue also happens to be part of Essie’s regular nail polish collection. I am so thrilled to have a bottle of it; this color is divine!

While No More Film by Essie was a fabulous holiday hue, it really is perfect for winter, and the upcoming spring season. This spring, nail polish hues will range from feminine pinks to vampy charcoals and purples. Essie No More Film nail polish is perfect to wear now, in the winter season, and also as a transition nail polish into spring. Love!

I tested out Essie No More Film nail polish with one base coat, two coats of color, and no top coat. The polish lasted eight days before my nail growth was too much to handle. This polish did not chip! Nail polish that does not chip, when in a dark color, is a life saver. Nothing irks me more than dark nail polish which is chipped. Essie No More Film will be my go-to dark polish for the rest of winter, and in early spring. I am in love!

When my little mini bottle runs out, I plan to pick up a full size bottle. No More Film by Essie is a beautiful purple hue. Obsessed!

Estee Lauder Double Wear Nude cushion stick radiant makeup foundation review

Estee Lauder has a new foundation! It is SO FABULOUS! One of the things that drives me crazy about foundation is how it is packaged. I don’t like having to pour out, or dip into, a small little bottle. The foundation always seems to go bad before I finish the bottle, so it always seems like a waste.

The new Double Wear Nude cushion stick radiant makeup foundation is perfect for someone like me, who finds bottles annoying. I was thrilled when Estee Lauder sent me a sample to test out! It was a like a dream come true!

For Estee Lauder’s new foundation, the packaging is a wide tube, with a small sponge attached to the tip. In the center of the tip, the foundation comes out in a small amount; allowing you to use the sponge to apply the foundation to your face. This is SO EASY!!! No more messy brushes or fingers. Love that!

This is a great design for travel, a gym bag, or anytime you need to apply foundation on the go. I am hooked! My color, which is “Pure Beige,” will be heading to New York with me for fashion week in February. Love!

If you were wondering about the sponge, it is detachable. The sponge comes off so that is can easily be cleaned, and then re-attached. When I apply Estee Lauder’s Double Wear Nude on my face, I make a few dots around my face by tapping the sponge applicator, and then I use the sponge to even it all out. Works like a charm!

In addition to fabulous packaging, the foundation itself is amazing. The Estee Lauder Double Wear Nude foundation applies evenly, thinly, and smooth. It leaves a flawless look on my face which is fabulous. I have some acne scarring, and sun damage on my face, so this foundation does the trick at covering all that junk up! My favorite part is that it does not cause any breakouts; I am prone to them so this is a key point!

Perricone MD is a line of beauty products specially formulated for creating healthy looking skin, and to combat the aging process. Since I don’t believe in plastic surgery or injections, a good anti-aging product is something I am always looking for.

The best time of day to repair facial skin, is nighttime! This is when your face is cozy in bed and not being exposed to the environment outside which always offers up UV rays, pollution, wind, and more! Using a fabulous night cream during this skin protecting time is a must.

The Multi-Action Overnight Treatment by Perricone MD is free of parabens, sulfates and phthalates. This means it is made from ingredients which are not harmful to your body. Love that!

The Perricone MD Multi-Action Overnight Treatment promised to deeply hydrate skin, firm, tone and tighten sin, and also visibly minimize wrinkles. These are three things my skin needs. I suffer from fine lines and dry skin. I also have a problem with acne breakouts, so I look for products which do not cause breakouts. This product does not mention anything about not causing breakouts, so for me, it was a test!

I have been using the Perricone MD Multi-Action Overnight Treatment every night for the last month. In the morning, I felt like my skin was firm and toned, which resulted in minimizing my fine lines. My dry skin patches were moisturized and I never suffered a bad breakout during the test period. These are the results I wanted to have. Love!
