Can you believe it’s Labor Day weekend already? The summer really flew by! In addition to relaxing, and not doing any labor this weekend, it’s time to get our fall wardrobes in order!

This green pleated skirt is right on trend for fall, and it is easy to dress up or down this season. I love a versatile skirt!

These IT sneakers are also a classic shoe, plus they are under $100. Love! Also loving these lug sole boots which also happen to be waterproof.

The temperatures are still high where I live, are they high where you live too? The easiest way to rock the fall look, without sweating in a coat, is with nail polish and handbags! Loving these fall nail polish colors and a fabulous IT bag this autumn season.

Fall shoes are flying off store shelves this week! If you haven’t snapped up a pair of classic sneakers, or lug sole loafers, what are you waiting for? Classic IT bags which can be worn on a daily basis are also hot on the streets. This fall, it looks like fashionistas are gravitating towards classic and practical IT items which can be worn often. This season is not about the one-time-wear ensemble, or pair of stilettos. It is all about investment dressing and comfort. Love it!

Investment dressing and comfort; isn’t that what California Casual is all about? That’s how we love to dress here in Silicon Valley. We look for comfortable clothing which is also occasion-appropriate. Clothing and accessories which can be worn often, yet still have an IT factor, is what we all love. Loving that the fall 2021 season encompasses these values in a wardrobe.

Fall is in the air! At least in the world of retail! Not only is fall shopping in full swing, there are some fabulous summer sales going on!

My favorite sale item of the week is this pair of fabulous linen joggers! I first purchased these joggers last year. I found I lived in them due to their comfort and coolness on warm summer days. Now that I have lost weight, I purchased a new pair earlier this summer in a smaller size. I am living in that pair now! They are really the perfect go-to pants for summer; and I plan to wear them a lot next year too! Love! If you don’t have a pair yet, you can snap one up on sale right now.

Sneakers are the new IT shoe. While 1990s shoe styles are really hot right now, sneakers are turning into the must-have in everyone’s shoe closet. Whether you love sporty, limited edition release sneakers, or sparkling designer sneakers, you will want at least one pair in your fall shoe closet. I’m a bit of a designer sneaker girl, so this platform pair gets a lot of wear. If course, I have my eyes on additional pairs! I recommend investing in a pair of street sneakers this fall. You will love the comfort, and instant street cred.

In addition to sale joggers and street sneakers, the easiest way to add a little fall style into your life right now is through nail polish and handbags. Chain details, as well as 1990s style bags, are hotter than hot right now. I love this convertible bag which can be worn ’90’s style or cross body. Handbags are such a fun, and easy way, to update one’s personal style.
