The key to the perfect manicure is taking proper care of your nails; and topping off your color right! As you may have noticed, I paint my nails all. the. time. This means I need to ensure I am taking proper care of my nails, or else my nails would get brittle and discolored. That’s why I love Londontown’s nail care system so much! I painted two coats of Londontown Paddington Blue nail polish on top of the Londontown Fortifying Ridge Filler base coat and as you can see, the result is a smooth, streak-free color on my nails. If you are looking for a classic, closet staple blue, Paddington Blue by Londontown is a great hue! This color can be worn during any season, as it is roughly one shade darker than a royal blue. It’s so pretty!

I topped off my classic blue manicure with Londontown Protective Top Coat. This top coat is strong and shiny; adding the perfect, protective layer to help decrease the chance of chipping your manicure. Love that!

The Londontown Protective Top Coat is also made from a quick dry formula, so you don’t have to worry about your manicure getting dented or ruined if you have to use your hands soon after painting your nails. Love!

Fall 2018 nail polish trends: matte nails

Have you noticed? Fall 2018 is all about matte nails. The matte nail is the hottest nail polish trend of the autumn season! I can’t wait to use Londontown Protective Matte Top Coat on any color of nail polish in order to give my manicure the perfect, modern look. I switched up my manicure the next day by adding the matte top coat over it, and after a couple of minutes, I had the perfect matte look.

Like the Protective Top Coat, the Londontown Protective Matte Top Coats keeps your manicure chip-resistant and offers a quick drying formula. I used the matte coat in the morning and then hit the gym thirty minutes later; no chips or dents. It was fabulous!

Summer swimsuit sales and deals 2018 | one piece steals

There are so many fabulous one piece swimsuits on sale right now! Since swim season doesn’t really end until the end of October when temperatures just start to creep down, this is a great time to snag a new suit to carry you through early fall.

I love one piece swimsuits because I don’t have to worry about them when I jump in the pool with the kids. We can splash around, play, and do funny dives off the side of the pool into the water, and I don’t have to worry about my bikini top shifting out of place! Yikes!

When it comes to one piece suits, I am really picky. My one piece suit needs to to have high hips-but not too high; I don’t want to look like I stepped out of a 1980s clearance shop. My one piece suit also needs to support the, ya know, the girls, really well. No flimsy swimwear!

These summer 2018 sales and deals are so good, because you can never own too many swimsuits; and at these prices, it is hard to say no to a new suit!

When shopping the summer swimsuit sales, it is fun to keep current fashion trends in mind. Rainbows are huge right now, so it’s fun to find a swimsuit on sale with rainbow details. White is hot right now too, so an all-white suit is another fabulous and fashionable find during the summer sales. Of course, an all-black suit with interesting details is like the little black dress of swimwear; you can never go wrong with black!

Can you tell I am excited to start wearing my new fall clothing? Thankfully we have foggy mornings, so I have been able to wear my new fall clothing in the morning before the fog burns off. In the afternoon when the sun is shining, I can change into shorts and a tee.

I love this blouse and moto jacket I picked up last month at the ModCloth FitShop San Francisco. It was such a fun shopping experience, and I love the new additions to my wardrobe I picked up. This vegan moto jacket is really soft and comfy; plus it’s a classic closet staple priced under $100. In addition, designers are loving moto jackets this fall, so there are quite a few hitting store shelves for the new autumn season. This one is affordable and it’s vegan! Love that!

You may see these jeans a lot this fall! They are my favorite new pair of jeans. The denim is really soft, and the fit is so comfortable. I want to wear them everyday!

Also need to give another shout-out to these boots. They are super comfortable, and the split shank makes them easy to wear as a transition shoe from summer into fall. Love that!

This is a really comfortable, casual outfit I can wear now and into the fall season. I love finding transitional pieces which can carry me from late summer into the fall season.

My cute little ten-year-old son took these photos. He did a pretty good job didn’t he? I was very relieved to look at the camera roll and not see any blurry photos. He did a great job holding the camera steady and mostly straight! I only had a few sideways photos that needed to be straightened. haha
