I’m wearing a lot of shoes this holiday 2019 season! That’s because in addition to my normal wardrobe, there will be parties to attend; which means I must have party-ready shoes!

For the 2019 holiday season, I am bringing back my charcoal western style booties from fall 2018, pulling my black patent pumps from my closet (roughly ten years old), and continuing to wear my Gucci platforms, and high heel booties, from the fall season. In addition, I will also wear my adidas Superstar sneakers; but they are not pictured here because I wear them so much you really don’t need to see pictures of them; they are well worn! haha

This holiday season, I added a pair of tall suede boots, and a pair of stamped croc booties to my shoe wardrobe. Those are the only new shoes for the season. I love having shoes in my closet which can be re-worn year-after-year. These charcoal western style booties are super comfortable, and offer a classic style which has longevity in my closet. Of course the Gucci sneakers also have longevity, and will be worn until they wear out!

A classic pair of pumps is always a closet must-have! These patent pumps have served me well over the years, and will continue to serve me well for many years to come! If you don’t have an investment pair of classic pumps, what are you waiting for? Snap a pair up! You won’t be sorry.

The high heel booties pictured here have also turned into a closet staple for me. They are great for dressing up casual looks, or adding some sass to dressier outfits. They are super affordable, and a must-have right now!

Black boots are a must as well. This black suede pair will carry me from the holiday season into the winter season. It’s good to have a pair of classic tall boots on hand; especially in black!

I could not resist this pair of black stamped croc booties. They are classic with a twist. I am looking forward to elevating my holiday looks with them!

This cardigan has already turned into my workhorse sweater for this holiday season. I love the festive vibe of the fair isle pattern. It has a wintery, snow look to it; and since it is a combination of neutral hues, it is easy to create multiple outfits around it. You can see my holiday capsule wardrobe here.

I wore this outfit the other day when my kids had a teacher-in-service day. I took them out for brunch, and then we walked around downtown Campbell and looked at the boutiques. It was a great outfit for feeling the holiday spirit, while still offering a little fall vibe.

It’s entirely possible I have been in a black handbag mood for the past year. As you can see, all my bags are black right now! Well, black is classic, and can seamlessly move from season to season. This makes black handbags a great investment option if you are looking for longevity in your bags; and despite my handbag shopping addiction, I do look for longevity in my bags! haha, hard to believe right?!

For the holiday 2019 season, my handbag capsule wardrobe contains one mini bag I can wear to parties. This mini bag is my Valentino VSling. It’s a great little bag since it can be worn for both casual parties, and dressy events. It plays well with the sequin looks from my holiday capsule wardrobe. Since the holidays are busy, a cross body bag is a must. If you don’t need a lot of room, but want to remain hands-free, this cross body bag works like a charm. It is also convertible. It can be a cross body bag, or a belt bag. Love that!

The rainy season will start soon, and football season isn’t over. So, this little PVC tote is perfect since it is stadium approved when the interior pouch is removed; and since it’s PVC, it is rain proof. Love! Be sure to incorporate a PVC bag into your holiday wardrobe for those reasons. This is an IT bag and priced under $200. Love!

Lastly, my workhorse bag this holiday season is my Chloe Aby. It’s roomy and can be worn over the shoulder, or cross body. This makes it ideal for busy holiday, errand filled days.
