Halloween nail polish colors

From left: orange nail polish / black nail polish /

It’s Halloween season! While some people get wild with their nails when it comes to Halloween, I tend to err on the side of understated.

I like a beautiful orange or sleek black for my nails when it comes to Halloween. Since bright orange isn’t my thing, this pinkish-orange from Hermes is perfect. I love how it’s a subtle orange which is both perfect for fall and understated enough to suit my taste. When it comes to black, this chic black nail polish from Dior’s fall 2025 collection is ultimate perfection. It does not streak and it applies smoothly in two coats. I love the high shine on it! This is really the perfect black nail polish for the Halloween season, as well as during the fall season.

So, if you are like me and would like to be in the Halloween spirit without highly complicated nails, then one of these two colors is for you! I am not sure which one I will wear, but it will be one of these two!

Thanks for stopping by, and have a fun Halloween!

XOXO

Dior nail polish holidays 2025 review

Dior nail polish holidays 2025: Dior Plum Parade / Dior Gold Circus (top coat) /

It’s beginning to look like the holiday season! The much-anticipated Dior beauty collection is here, and the holiday nail polish is fabulous. Love!

For the 2025 holiday season, Dior has given us a beautiful, deep plum nail polish and also a sparkling golden top coat. Together, they make a festive holiday manicure for the party season and New Years Eve. Separately, the possibilities are endless.

Dior Plum Parade nail polish is a deep plum hue which can easily be worn now, during the fall season, and then throughout the holiday and winter seasons. It is a classic hue with a festive vibe. Love that!

In order to create a holiday party vibe, Dior Plum Parade nail polish can be topped with Dior Gold Circus top coat. The top coat is a dense, sparkling polish with tiny golden sparkles. The sparkles are three dimensional, adding the right subtle gold hue and party vibe. This top coat will also look amazing on top of neutral nail polish hues such as beige and mocha, as well as other shades of red, plum, and berry hues. Love!

So, without further ado, here is the Dior nail polish collection for the 2025 holiday season!

Fall skin care routine 2025

Fall 2025 skin care routine from top left: night cream / eye cream / day cream / hand cream / body cream / neck cream / face wash /

Fall is in the air! Since I live in California, our air doesn’t change too much from summer into fall. While temperatures cool down, the humidity, or overall dampness in the air, remains about the same. It isn’t until winter when dryness really hits. So, for the fall season, I am keeping my skin care routine the same as it was during the summer; and also sharing my favorite body cream with you.

As you know, ReVive is my stand-by when it comes to skin care. I have been using their neck cream since my late 20’s and I swear it has kept my neck looking youthful. I am addicted to this neck cream! Of course, I also love all of their products. You can’t go wrong with something from ReVive!

My favorite hand cream remains old faithful, L’Occitane classic shea butter. It is the classic, non-greasy yet moisturizing hand cream. Love!

Lastly, my daughter introduced me to Sol de Janeiro body creams and I have to say, they are amazing! Not only do they have a pretty scent, but they work wonders for skin! I am addicted for life!
