Essie Getting Groovy is part of Essie’s winter nail polish collection. This beautiful, sparkling gold color is ideal for  brightening up a dreary winter day, or for celebrating during the holiday season. Love it!

The golden hue of Getting Groovy by Essie is a festive, sparkling hue. The polish itself is foil-like; it doesn’t streak at all, which is a huge plus! It applies evenly, with proper saturation in two coats. I tested out Essie Getting Groovy nail polish with one base coat, and two coats of color; no top coat. It lasted a full week before my nails grew and I needed to change it. This is a great nail polish!

Metallic nail polishes are a huge trend right now, and well into 2017. This makes Getting Groovy by Essie a fabulous nail polish to invest in. The golden hue acts like a neutral, making it easy to wear with any color palette. Since it is a sparkling polish, it is also perfect for celebrating the holidays, and ringing in the new year! Love!

Florals and lace

sunday outfit idea florals and lace givenchy antigonawinter dressy outfit

Wearing: Kendra Scott earrings / MAC Lipstick / Helmut Lang sweater (on major sale!) / Banana Republic skirt (wearing petite, also comes in tall and regular) / Kendra Scott bracelets (sold out, also love this stack on sale!) / Givenchy handbag / c/o Essie Go With The Flowy nail polish / Louise et Cie shoes (sold out, also love this pair)

How fun is this floral and lace pleated skirt! I love the pattern mixing encompassed in this skirt. It is perfect to wear on not-too-cold winter days, as well as for transitioning from winter into spring.

I have been wearing this skirt with either the sweater pictured above, or a black turtleneck sweater during the cold winter days. It also looks cute with black knee boots and a black turtleneck sweater. There are so many options when it comes to this fun skirt!

This will continue to be a great skirt to wear in the early spring months. I can’t wait to pair it with a tee-shirt and sandals. Love!
