Easy potato wedges recipe you can bake in the oven! My kids love French Fries, and anything made from potatoes. That is why these potato wedges are such a hit in my household! They are like wide-cut fries, but healthier and yummier. Love!

Baked potato wedges make a great side dish for a wide variety of entree’s. Basically, if you are thinking of French Fries, or any potato dish, these baked potato wedges will work perfectly; and kids will love them.

These easy to make potato wedges only require three potatoes, a cutting board, a baking pan, and an oven! You don’t have to be a chef to make these, they are super easy!

So, without further ado, here is how to make baked potato wedges.

What you need:

  • Baking pan or sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Potato peeler
  • Cutting board
  • Knife or mezzaluna

Ingredients:

  • 3 russet potatoes
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Parmesan Cheese

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel your potatoes. Using a sharp knife or a mezzaluna, cut the potatoes into small wedges. Line the wedges on the parchment paper (see photo below). Sprinkle basil, then oregano, then paprika, grated parmesan cheer, and finally salt over the potatoes. Voila! They are ready to bake!

Bake your potato wedges for 35 minutes at 400 degrees. This recipe will serve six people as a side dish. If you need to serve more people, add potatoes. One potato serves two people.

The spring season is when skin care starts to change. As temperatures warm up, we need to make sure our skin is getting the attention it needs. I love making sure I have spf in my face cream, as well as ensuring I am keeping my skin tone even as the sun starts to give me a base tan.

I also love this body butter to ensure my skin is properly moisturized. Also, this hand cream is fabulous; especially with all the hand washing we do these days!

My hair has been dry and brittle, so I switched up my shampoo! I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for two weeks now, and I already notice a difference. My hair is getting healthier and less brittle. Love that!

Now that things are opening up, and we have more places to go, jewelry is starting to be something we are all reaching for more often. Thankfully, spring 2021 is offering us some fun jewelry trends to play with!

The spring season is all about bright and cheery fashion. This includes bold jewelry, and statement making pieces. When I say statement, I don’t mean giant pieces of jewelry, just something unique enough to garner the attention of another fashionista like you.

The top jewelry trends for spring 2021 include:

  • Pearls
  • Bracelet stacks
  • Layered necklaces
  • Statement pendants
  • Statement rings
  • Hoop earrings

Pearls are really hot this spring season. With the fresh white trend, pearls are a natural jewelry trend as they are often soft white! You can complete your all-white look with pearls, or compliment a brightly colored ensemble with pearls. This trend is quite versatile as you can go for classic pearls, or something a little bit more trendy. The only rule with the pearl trend is that your pearls are white; not colored or Tahitian. You can store your Tahitian pearls this season, they will make a comeback soon!

Bracelet stacks are back! Pair your chain bracelets with gemstone bracelets and leather wraps to make the perfect wrist statement! Always remember, three bracelets makes the perfect stack.

Layered necklaces have been a trend for many seasons, so you can continue layering your necklaces as you have been doing. If you haven’t layered yet, what are you waiting for? This is a great way to rock necklaces from your jewelry box which are collecting dust. If you don’t have any, but want to wear the trend, you cans snap up a pre-layered necklace. The pre-layered ones are great because they are less likely to tangle. Love that!

The ’80’s and ’90’s are hot decades in fashion right now, so it is no wonder that hoops are hotter than hot right now! Although considered a classic earring style, hoops are more prominent this season as they seem to just play well with puff sleeves. If you don’t own hoops, invest in a pair this season! There are large hoops, medium hoops, small hoops, twisted hoops, plain hoops; lots of hoops! Pick a pair you love, and rock them throughout 2021.

Lastly, statement pendants, and rings, are hot this year. Look for unique rings, and pendants, which will start a conversation. After all, aren’t we all starved for in-person conversations? This is a great way to get back into being social after the lockdowns! Love that!
