Spring athleisure on the streets

Spring is here! This means more sunshine, blossoms on trees, and a chance to break free from sweatpants; and start sporting comfy-yet-fabulous athleisure. Love that!

One of the current street style trends for the spring 2021 season is tie-dye. So when I spotted this cute little dress from adidas, I knew I needed it in my life! Not only is it a pretty tie-dye swirl of pink and blue, it’s on trend, comfortable, and priced under $50. Love!

This dress is ideal for spring athleisure; as well as summer! It can be paired with sneakers and a denim jacket or zip-up sweatshirt on a cooler day. This dress can also be paired with slides on warmer days. When temperatures start to rise, I plan on pairing this tie-dye dress with blue adidas slides. I’m looking forward to getting a lot of wear out of this dress during the spring and summer seasons!

I love being able to rock comfortable and chic athleisure for spring. There are so many new options in spring 2021 when it comes to being comfortable, sporty, and on-trend. This spring, athleisure trends include track suits, sporty dresses, crop tops, and oversize tees. These trends are a nod to the ‘80’s and ‘90’s sporty trends we saw on the runways for spring, but with a modern twist. I love all the current athleisure looks right now; and I love that adidas has everything in stock we all need to rock these current trends in athleisure.

Have I mentioned I believe 2021 might be the year of the IT bag? Yeah, I sure I have! There are so many beautiful bags to covet right now! As happy as I am with my new bag purchases this year, I still am wishing for a few more! Of course, I need to win the lottery in order to purchase every handbag I wish for. haha, don’t we all??

I love bags which are either 1990s IT bags, ’90’s inspired IT bags, or new IT bags. Basically, I love IT bags! haha, There are so many to choose from in 2021!

The trending styles for 2021 include white or soft white bags, 1990s inspiration, soft and slouchy, soft neutrals, saddle bags or shoulder bags, hobo bags, and clean lines. All of these styles are so chic!

This has been the week of building a spring wardrobe! If you haven’t already started, this is a great time to ensure you have all the basics you need for the spring season.

This black dress is a fabulous basic for the spring season; and it will work for summer and fall too! It’s a comfortable and easy to wash fabric, plus it has a flattering drape on most body types. The silhouette allows this dress to be worn casually with a basket bag and sandals, or dressed up with block heel slides and a baguette for dinner. It is also a great dress for travel since it is so versatile. I love mine, and plan to wear it throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons!

Black IT bags are hot right now! IT bags from the 1990s are on fire right now, as well as this ’90’s inspired Prada bag. By the way, this Prada bag has been sold out for months, but it is currently in stock here. If you have been trying to get your hands on one, do it now! I love mine so much. It’s lightweight, comfortable on the shoulder or forearm, and ultra chic. Love!
