Summer skin care 2025

Summer skin care 2025 from top left: night cream / day cream / hand cream / face wash / eye cream / neck cream /

My summer skin care routine is fairly similar to my spring routine. The important part about skin care products, all year long, is to ensure there is spf during the day. This helps protect our skin and prevent premature wrinkles and skin cancer.

During the summer months, I use this hand cream because it is on the heavier side. My hands get dry from the swimming, beach, hand washing, and dry weather. This one restores moisture and keeps my hands feeling normal. Love that it’s non-greasy!

As you know, I am huge ReVive fan. I have been using their neck cream since my late twenties. These are my favorite products from the brand, they are perfect for summer! Love!

Van Cleef and Arpels Orchidee Vanille edp review

pictured: Van Cleef & Arpels Orchidee Vanille edp / pink nail polish /

Who doesn’t love a beautiful vanilla fragrance? I know I do! In fact, this one by Van Cleef & Arpels is absolutely extraordinary.

To be frank, my bottle is ten years old. I have a lot of perfume, which is why it looks used in my photo, but not completely empty. I store my perfumes in a cool, dark closet to preserve them. So, when people say perfume has an expiration, or that it goes bad, the bottle has to be really old or stored incorrectly. My bottle of Van Cleef & Arpels Orchidee Vanille edp smells just as beautiful today as the day I originally purchased it.

This version of vanilla by Van Cleef & Arpels is smooth, warm, and long lasting. It is a timeless fragrance you can wear all year long, in any weather. The citrus notes make it ideal in warm weather while the warm vanilla and woods make it ideal in cool weather. Orchidee Vanille works in any season, making it a fabulous vanilla investment fragrance. Love that!

  • Top Notes: Mandarin, Lychee
  • Middle notes: Bitter Almond, Bulgarian rose, violet
  • Base notes: Vanilla adsolute, cedarwood, tonka bean, white musk

Not all fragrances are made with top quality ingredients. You can rest assured Van Cleef & Arpels uses the best ingredients in the industry, resulting in not only a beautiful fragrance experience, but also a long lasting, investment bottle filled with everything that’s fabulous about fragrance. After all, my bottle is a decade old, and it smells perfect; and lasts all day on my skin! Love!

I’m all about a beautiful scent, and also quality. Which is why Van Cleef & Arpels Orchidee Vanille edp is my favorite vanilla fragrance. It is also why I do own other eau de parfum’s from Van Cleef & Arpels, so stay tuned for another review!

Summer 2025 fragrances

Summer fragrances from top left: Chanel Chance / Chanel No. 19 / Van Cleef / Bond no. 9 / Hermes / Diptyque /

Summer is here! This means it is time to shelve our heavy perfumes and move into the world of citrus, florals, and citronella. Yup, you heard that right! You can wear the perfume version of your favorite bug repelling candle; and yes, it smells nice-I swear!

I have a few favorite fragrances for the summer season I wanted to share with you. Citrus and fruity floral scents are my favorites when it comes to warm weather perfumes. My favorite citrus is this one by Hermes. It is fresh and long lasting. One spray and you’re good all day long. Love that!

Enjoy the outdoors? I swear by this citrus floral which is really citronella from Diptyque. You can confidently hang out outdoors without worrying about mosquitoes eating you alive.

Can’t get away from vanilla? This vanilla fragrance from Van Cleef, and this one (not pictured) are perfect for summer while offering the warmth and gourmand scent of vanilla.

This spicy floral from Bond No. 9 and these two classic florals from Chanel are always perfect in the summer months. Love!

So, without further ado, here are my favorite summer fragrances you can snap up online:
