The way Lamarca, a collective buying site, works is through crowd funding. When you find a beautiful piece on Lamarca’s website, you can choose it and share it around the web with your friends and followers. As soon as enough shoppers select the piece, the designer will ship it out to everyone who ordered it. This process helps emerging designers sell their products while enabling them to provide excellent prices to shoppers. If a piece does not receive the required number of backers, you will receive a refund for the product. If the product does receive the required number of backers, it will be shipped for free within one week! Love that!

I absolutely love the collection Lamarca has curated thus far; and am looking forward to watching the site grow and include more designers. One of my favorite ways to stand out in the crowd or add a little spice to my wardrobe is through a handbag. Lamarca’s handbag collection is unique and cutting edge, which makes each piece the perfect addition to any wardrobe. These handbags will capture the attention of onlookers and instantly speak of one’s own personal style. Love that!

I wore this outfit to the TOMS event last Friday which was just as informative as it was fun! You can read more about it here. It was about 97 degrees outside, although my car said it was 101 degrees! I was so thankful the event was held in the shade 🙂

When the weather is scorching, I love being able to wear a dress. This dress turned out to be light and airy which worked out well with the heat. I’m sad it is sold out, but thankfully Tahari has a similar style which I linked to above.

The Vince Camuto cuff I wore to the event has quickly become a favorite of mine. It is comfortable and sleek; which is perfection in my book! I might have to go back and grab it in gold too!

TOMS held a blogger party on Friday, July 25, 2014 which included a special presentation with details about the brand’s pop-up shop at Santana Row as well as the eye-wear collection. As guests, we also enjoyed dinner, dessert, great company and crafting time! We were also able to view the new fall 2014 collection, which is on embargo so I cannot show it to you-I wish I could share it with you! It is fabulous!

TOMS is an incredible brand which many people may know as the amazing company that gives one pair of shoes to the needy for every pair of shoes purchased. In addition to comfortable slip-on shoes, TOMS has added eye-wear to their collection which gives the gift of prescription eye-wear or cataract operations. TOMS has also recently introduced coffee beans to their product line which give the gift of water.

Santana Row is fortunate to have a rare TOMS pop-up shop for the summer. The pop-up shop features the entire eye-wear collection which includes hard-to-find and rare styles. In addition to eye-wear, the TOMS pop-up shop includes a few pairs of select TOMS shoes, coffee beans and jewelry from the TOMS marketplace.
