If you have been following along, you may have noticed I am a huge fan of Perricone MD skin care products. They offer intense skin therapy which helps alleviate a variety of problems with skin. When I received this bottle of Perricone MD’s Cold Plasma Plus+ Fragile Skin Therapy body treatment from Perricone MD last week, I was thrilled! I have been on the hunt for something to combat the aging skin on my arms, and now I have the weapon!

I spent my childhood on a competitive swim team, which means I was in the pool training for over twenty-five hours per week. Needless to say, my skin had a ton of sun exposure. Now that I am an adult, I am dealing with the repercussions of being in a swimming pool, with the sun reflecting off the water, for hours on end. Any product which promises to tighten the skin on my arms, leaving it smooth, is a product I want in my skin care routine!

The key ingredients in the Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus+ Fragile Skin Therapy body treatment formula are Growth Factor Peptide, which visibly firms skin, Micro-Hyaluronic Acid (HA), which combats crepiness, and Retinol, which accelerates skin renewal. This combination makes an amazing formula which helps tighten skin, making it look fabulous! Love!

My arms are where I need it most, so I have been using my Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus+ Fragile Skin Therapy body treatment on my arms before I apply sunscreen. This ensures it absorbs into my skin. I already notice a difference in one week! Love that!

I am excited to continue using Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus+ Fragile Skin Therapy body treatment under my SPF protection in order to combat aging on my arms, and in order to protect my skin as much as possible. If you are looking for a product to combat aging skin on your body, this is it! You can find Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus+ Fragile Skin Therapy body treatment online here.

Summer 2019 fitness routine and goals

My Mom and I going for a hike during spring 2019, see full post here /

The kids are out of school, which means my schedule shifts to summer! I love summer vacation, because it means I have the freedom in my schedule to really stick to my workout routine. This means I have no excuses, I will workout five days per week!

Summer vacation means more than a free schedule, it offers beautiful weather; which allows for more outdoor workouts. I love staying fit outside! Outdoor workouts are also a great way to involve my kids in my fitness routine, since they see outdoor fitness as more of a family fun outing than a workout. haha, I have them fooled!

Without further ado, here is my summer 2019 fitness routine:

Monday: Treadmill with weights. (cardio + strength)

Tuesday: 9Round (Interval + strength)

Wednesday: Spin (cardio + interval, my daughters go too!)

Thursday: Swimming (cardio, this involves the kids too!)

Friday: Spin (cardio + interval, my daughters love this class)

Saturday: Family hike (we try to go to a different trail every week)

Sunday: rest day

It’s an easier schedule than I have created in the past. I’m keeping things low impact this summer as my neck heals from the car accident I was in last spring. This is a great schedule for keeping me fit, and rebuilding my spine strength.

We finally have sunshine here in the San Francisco Bay Area! Our spring weather was so crazy cold. It felt like late fall instead of late spring. Last week we had fog and 60 degree temperatures, this week we have 90 degree weather. It is quite a change!

Since sunshine is naturally cheerful, I felt like wearing a happy, yellow top to kick off summer vacation when I met my friend Dawn from Fashion Should Be Fun for lunch, and of course, blog photos! I felt like the cheery yellow hue represented summer sunshine.

We snapped a few photos on the streets of Campbell, and then enjoyed a leisurely lunch at Flights on Campbell Ave. If you are local, and haven’t eaten there yet, it is a must-do! They have a fun menu you can mix and match, and a hip atmosphere. You will love it!

Our lunch conversation consisted of our favorite brands to take on vacation with us this summer, and New York Fashion Week! It’s never too soon to start talking about fashion week. After all, it’s the biggest fashion gathering of the year; well, technically it happens twice a year, but who is being technical?? haha, I’m not!
