Winter boots and ramen

I love these chilly temperatures, because it means I can snuggle up in these winter boots! The faux fur is super soft, and they have great foot support; something I need after my hip injury. I also love that these boots are water resistant. Love!

Have you stood in line for ramen? If not, you might not realize what you are missing out on! There is a ramen restaurant at Valley Fair, in San Jose, named Ramen Nagi, which has a consistent half-hour to forty-five minute line to wait for seating. They do not offer to-go, so if you want to enjoy their yummy ramen, you need to be prepared to stand in line for it; trust me, it’s worth it.

The menu is really simple, there are four ramen flavors, and then you can customize your ramen bowl. Normally I order the “Original King” ramen which is a classic broth, but this time, I decided to venture out and try the green ramen, which is a basil broth. It was a fun choice! I felt like I was eating an Italian-Japanese fusion bowl of ramen. Two delicious cuisines! Yummy! If you haven’t tried Ramen Nagi yet, I highly recommend going during the week and wearing comfortable shoes. These boots were perfect, by the way.

It was really fun to be able to enjoy the new holiday decorations around the mall, and indulge in a yummy bowl of ramen. This is such a fun time of year to shop! Although, the only thing I purchased was ramen, haha.

So many IT bags in one place! This is by far my favorite gift guide of the 2021 holiday season! This year, we have enjoyed multiple styles and designers who fall into the IT bag category, and as we move in 2022, there will be more!

This holiday season, why not give the handbag fan on your list an IT bag that works now, and will carry her through 2022 and beyond! Next year, the pouch will continue to be hot, as well as structured hobo bags. Adding to the list will be the return of the bucket bag, and slouchy hobo bags. All of these styles will be hotter than hot in 2022, so giving one for the 2021 holiday season will not only be ideal for right now, the gift will keep on giving into the new year, and beyond! Love that!

Neutral handbags continue to reign supreme, but as we move into 2022, look for additional hues to brighten your handbag wardrobe such as metallics (specifically gold), red, medium or mint green (steer clear of military green and hunter green), pastels, and bright hues. More on this next month as spring hits store shelves. For right now, these are all safe and hot buys for 2021, 2022, and beyond!

Can you believe the holiday season is in full swing! People are already ordering their turkeys; myself included. Plus, everyone is diving right into holiday sparkle, shades of red and green, and Christmas decor. Seriously-so many homes in my neighborhood have already decorated for Christmas! It seems early. . .am I right?? I still have my fall wreath on the door. My Christmas wreath is still packed away in the garage. Maybe I need to pull it out early? What are you doing this year?

You’ll find tons of jackets and pants to choose from. I love this pair of faux leather pants since they offer a self-tie belt, and a flattering silhouette. Classic lip and nail colors are what’s in fashion right now. Shades of red are the ultimate IT nail polish color for the holiday season, and if red isn’t your thing, go for a classic shade of pink. Nails and makeup are timeless right now as we glide through the holiday season. The spring season will offer us brighter colors in apparel, and this tends to take nail color in a more classic direction; as not to compete with the overall outfit. Red and/or pink nail polish a good investment for right now.
