Chanel Paradisio nail polish for spring 2015

Chanel Paradisio is a nail polish color from Chanel’s spring 2015 beauty collection. This fabulous nail hue is one of three colors Chanel has introduced for the upcoming warm weather season. Paradisio is the lightest, and most understated of the three hues which include a muted purple and bright pink.

Paradisio by Chanel is a fresh, amazing nail polish color which offers a greenish-blue silver hue that changes slightly in different lights. Chanel Paradisio nail polish is also incredibly easy to wear. This color plays well with any color palette and is ideal for transitioning from winter to resort and into spring. The color works well with winter’s cool pastels and neutral palette. It also works well with the upcoming Marsala and shades of blue color trends. Love that!

I tested out Chanel Paradisio nail polish with one base coat and two coats of color. The nail polish lasted for five days before I got one chip. The chip was small and Chanel Paradisio nail polish gave me an additional two days before it needed to b changed. Love it!

Out of the three nail colors Chanel is showing for spring 2015, Paradisio is expected to sell out the fastest. If you love it, make sure you get your own bottle stat! It will really be an ideal nail color for spring and I can see it working well into summer too.

Getting back into boot cut

casual outfit winter 2015 gap boot cut jeanschanel rouge coco shine lipstick confident 94 gap perfect boot cut jeans review

Pictured: Lipstick: Chanel “Confident” (I am in LOVE with this color!!) / Earrings: Alexis Bittar (on sale!) / Jacket: Rebecca Minkoff / Blouse: Express (on sale!) / Handbag: Chanel (Similar SAVE or SPLURGE) / Ring: Kathy Kamei / Nail Polish: Christian Louboutin “Batignolles” / Jeans: Gap / Shoes: Joie

The past several years have been all about skinny jeans, but as we move into 2015, boot cut and flare jeans are gaining momentum. This means the formally “so three years ago” style is acceptable again; and may soon take over the number one denim style spot from the skinnies!

Since boot cut and flare jeans are making a comeback, I thought I would wear this pair of boot cut jeans to get myself back into the silhouette. Although I feel like skinny jeans make me look thinner, the boot cut jean is more comfortable. I also like the 1970’s retro vibe of boot cut jeans.

I am not ready to ditch my skinnies, they really do take about ten pounds off my 5’4″ frame, but a little bit of comfort and vintage flair mixed in never hurt anyone 😉 After all, I am a little bored of my skinnies, despite their slimming properties. What do you think of boot cut or flare jeans? Are you ready to rock the style or do you want to stick with your skinnies?
