Have you seen Ettika’s wide collection of chokers. If not, you must check them out! I purchased a blue and gold one earlier this year, so when I was given the opportunity to acquire one in black, I jumped at the chance! They are so well made, and versatile! Love!

Ettika’s Still Surprise You choker is made from beautiful onyx beads, and 18K gold plate beads. It is extremely comfortable, and high quality; I cannot believe it is priced at a mere $30! It is such a great deal!

This beautiful necklace can be worn as a choker, or wrapped twice around your wrist as a bracelet. Stay tuned, I have already worn it as a bracelet and will share pictures with you later this week!

I wore this casual outfit, with my favorite new choker, to an early dinner with Laura from Have Need Want. We enjoyed a table full of appetizers, lemonade, and talking about her new bundle of joy arriving this fall! Be sure to check out her blog and follow along with her pregnancy.

I was so excited to learn about MAC Tendertalk Lip Balm. I always use Chapstick in the morning, and before bed, but during the day I want a little bit of color on my lips. MAC Tendertalk Lip Balm is fabulous because it is a lip balm, yet also adds sheer color to the lips. Love that!

MAC Tendertalk Lip Balm offers moisture which has helped repair my lips when they are dry or windblown. It also has a slight vanilla scent; which is fabulous! I chose Teddy Pink, which in the lipstick tube, looks like a really bright, neon pink! In actuality, it goes on sheer; adding a slight pink tinge to lips. I am in love with this color!

This is a great lip balm to carry around in my purse, and use on a daily basis. I am so excited to have found it! I definitely want to try more colors as we move into fall. Teddy Pink is great to wear now, and it will also work well into early fall. I might opt for more of a red or purple hue as we head towards winter.

This striped dress has turned out to be my go-to dress on hot days. I wore this dress in San Diego when we went out to dinner at Su Casa Restaurant in La Jolla. It was seriously one of the yummiest Mexican restaurants we have ever eaten at! Su Casa is family own, and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. All of the food was delicious, and made from the freshest ingredients. We definitely want to eat there again next time we visit San Diego! In addition to wearing this striped dress with wedges, it can be dressed down with flat sandals or espadrilles. It is also cute on the beach with flip flops. I love a dress with versatility! In these photos I am wearing the dress in petite, but it also comes in regular sizes. If you are looking for a great dress you can wear for different occasions, which is soft and comfortable, this is the one! It also happens to be on major sale. You can find it online here.
