The new Bobbi Brown Art Stick Liquid Lip collection features a wide variety of lip colors ranging from nudes to bright hues. It is not a lipstick, nor is it a lip gloss, it is art in a stick! Like paint, but better; and for your lips!

Bobbi Brown’s new Art Stick Liquid Lip is a creamy and hydrating lip color which comes in a squeezable tube. When it is applied to lips, it feels nourishing and smooth. You might think it would dry glossy, like a gloss, but since it is not a gloss, the new Bobbi Brown Art Stick Liquid Lip dries with a semi-matte finish, giving it a luxurious look. Love that!

The Art Stick Liquid Lip by Bobbi Brown is really easy to apply. Simply squeeze a tiny amount out of the tube and then spread it on your lower lip. Without squeezing out any more liquid lip, use the tilted applicator on the art stick to spread out the liquid lip color on your lips. Voila! A perfect art piece! Love!

All of the colors are beautiful in Bobbi Brown’s Art Stick Liquid Lip collection, but I do have favorites! My two favorite colors are “Pink Heather” and “Lily.”

This is “Lily.” It is a bright pink which is perfect for the spring and summer seasons. I love this color for playful outfits, or when I want to brighten up my face. It really is my favorite color from the Art Stick Liquid Lip collection by Bobbi Brown!

The perfect color for daytime! This is a fabulous go-to lip color for any season of the year. “Pink Heather” is a darker, purplish hue which plays well for evening occasions, all year long. Love! If ever there was a staple color to own, this is it!

One of the biggest trends on the runways for spring was the asymmetrical hemline. Since this type of hemline isn’t common on the streets, I was wondering how to wear asymmetrical hemlines for spring 2017. I decided it needed to be done by taking the overall look down a notch; hence runway to the street.

In order to take this wrap skirt, with an asymmetrical waist and hemline, down to the street, I paired it with a simple ruffle tee. The addition of flat slides also helped to make the overall look more understated. It was really easy and comfortable to wear! I wore this outfit for the first time when I took my daughter to her chess class, hung out at a coffee shop with the other Mom’s from the class, took my daughter out for a sushi lunch, picked up my glasses, took a walk; basically ran errands!

It was really easy to walk around in these slides, and the outfit was perfect for the nice spring weather we are having here in the San Francisco Bay Area. We were in San Jose when we took these pictures at Santana Row. My cute little ten-year-old daughter took these photos. She did quite well! She might know her way around a DSLR camera better then me!

Shoe trends for spring 2017 are crystal clear; slides, mules and Adidas sneakers. When the occasion calls for something dressier then sneakers, you will need slides for spring 2017, or a pair of mules for the season.

Slides and mules have been sneaking into fashion for the past three years. It is in the spring 2017 season that they have taken the streets by storm; leaving little room for any other shoe style!

Since shoes are being shown highly embellished, tied in bows, denim, printed with patterns or stripes, and in classic solid color styles for spring 2017, there is a style of slides or mules for every taste, occasion, and comfort level. Love that!

It does not matter if you like flats, heels, covered toes, open toes, leather, fabric, suede, or other, there is a style of slides, or mules, out there for you this spring season. There is no wrong slide or mule on the market! Anything goes, as long as your shoe is backless. Love!

Mules and slides were on the spring runways in New York for the spring and summer seasons. Not only were they on the catwalk, they made it to the streets quickly! It seems as though everyone has at least one pair of slides or mules this season. If you are wondering what to add to your closet for spring, I would recommend one pair of black mules, a light colored pair of slides, and a third pair in a fun print for spring. This will give you two basic options to wear with almost anything, and one fun pair for spicing up a neutral outfit or jeans with a tee.

Slides for spring, and mules for the year, are such great shoe styles to invest in now. They are comfortable, and fun to wear.
