Denim for spring 2017 is a huge trend which originated on the runways. Of course, one could argue that denim is always hot, but this season, it is hotter than hot! So it ground-breaking, in a way. Ha!

This is a fabulous trend for spring and summer since denim is casual by nature; and denim is always comfortable! This means you can look fashionable, and fabulous, while wearing something practical, washable, and comfortable. Love that!

Denim is being found on everything for spring from shoes to handbags to accessories to clothing. There is something for everyone in denim this season. Even on a hot summer day, when jeans are too thick, you can rock a denim handbag or a pair of denim shoes, and still be wearing the denim trend for spring and summer.

This spring there are so many ruffles and bows on the market! It is a seasonal trend I have fallen in love with. I have found myself filling my closet with ruffle and bows!

I love this black and white checkered blouse from SheIn for spring. It has a playful little ruffle around the bottom and three feminine bows down the back. The fabric is lightweight too; making it perfect for transitioning from spring into summer. Love!

I wore this outfit over the weekend for lunch, and shopping, with my friend Laura and her cute little baby Mason. You might know Laura from Have Need Want. Her baby is so cute! He is six months old, and has the cutest little smile. I had the honor of holding him for awhile and it was so nice. It reminded me of when my kids were little like that. I do miss those baby days-except for maybe the diapers. haha
